Abstract
Розглянуто напрями стратегічного менеджменту в системі управління сучасним підприєм-ством. Відмічено, що воєнний стан в Україні радикально змінив підходи до стратегічного менеджменту, оскільки фокус уваги, наразі, змістився з довгострокових планів на оперативні заходи, спрямовані на збере-ження життєздатності бізнесу в умовах кризи. Для успішного функціонування вітчизняних підприємств у цей складний період ключовим напрямками є провадження гнучких, адаптивних стратегій, зосередження на ризик-менеджменті та інноваційних підходах до управління. Зважаючи на це, з’ясовано, що найбільш важ-ливими теоретичними і прикладними аспектами, що потребують подальшого розвитку в сучасних умовах господарювання, є поглиблення сучасної парадигми управління підприємством через розвиток теоретичних положень концепції бізнес-моделювання, уточнення поняття «корпоративна стратегія» та «бізнес-модель» підприємства.
The article considers the directions of strategic management in the management system of a modern enterprise. It is noted that the martial law in Ukraine has radically changed approaches to strategic management, since the focus has now shifted from long-term plans to operational measures aimed at maintaining business viability in a crisis. For the successful functioning of domestic enterprises in this difcult period, the key areas are the implementation of ⓝexible, adaptive strategies, focus on risk management and innovative management approaches. martial law in Ukraine has radically changed approaches to strategic management and the focus has shifted from long-term plans to operational measures aimed at maintaining business viability in a crisis. The main approaches to strategic management are considered. First of all, it is a change of priorities and goals. For the majority of domestic enterprises, the main strategic goal is to ensure operational activities and survival. Long-term plans have been frozen or changed to short-term objectives. Some companies, based on their capabilities, have started to expand their operations in western Ukraine to minimise the risks from the hostilities. Another approach to strategic management is the function of adaptability and ⓝexibility in business processes. This included new ways of securing supply chains, adapting logistics, and new sales schemes. Large enterprises have implemented anti- crisis strategies that include measures to cut costs, reduce staff, and search for new markets and partners. The role of risk management has increased, as strategic decisions are accompanied by a constant assessment of risks, such as physical threats, infrastructure losses, currency uctuations and rising energy prices. In view of this, it is found that the most important theoretical and applied aspects that require further development in the current economic environment are the deepening of the modern paradigm of enterprise management through the development of theoretical provisions of the business modelling concept, clari cation of the concepts of ‘corporate strategy’ and business model’ of an enterprise.
