Abstract

Організаційна культура є важливим елементом діяльності державних установ, який визначає ефективність їх роботи, внутрішній клімат у колективі та рівень довіри громадян. У своїй курсовій роботі досліджено значення, особливості формування та методи вдосконалення організаційної культури в державному секторі України. Це питання є актуальним у контексті реформування державної служби, яке триває в нашій країні.Organisational culture is an important element of public institutions, which determines the efficiency of their work, the internal climate in the team and the level of public trust. In my term paper, I explored the importance, peculiarities of formation and methods of improving organisational culture in the public sector of Ukraine. This issue is relevant in the context of the ongoing civil service reform in our country.
