Вплив цифрових технологій на ефективність публічного управління : кваліфікаційна робота

Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є комплексне дослідження теоретико-методологічних засад використання цифрових технологій у системі публічного управління та визначення їх впливу на ефективність управлінських процесів в Україні, а також обґрунтування напрямів удосконалення механізмів цифровізації. Практичне значення роботи полягає у можливості використання сформульованих висновків і рекомендацій у діяльності органів державної влади та органів місцевого самоврядування з метою удосконалення механізмів цифровізації управлінських процесів. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані під час розроблення програм цифрової трансформації, удосконалення електронних сервісів та формування стратегій розвитку цифрової держави.The purpose of the qualification thesis is a comprehensive study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the use of digital technologies in the system of public administration and the determination of their impact on the effectiveness of managerial processes in Ukraine, as well as the substantiation of directions for improving digitalization mechanisms. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the formulated conclusions and recommendations in the activities of public authorities and local self-government bodies in order to improve the mechanisms of digitalization of management processes. The results of the research may be used in the development of digital transformation programs, improvement of electronic services, and formulation of strategies for the development of a digital state.
