Обрядові страви подолян: номінаційний, етнолінгвістичний і методичний аспекти

Abstract

У роботі досліджено обрядові страви і напої подолян у номінаційному та етнолінгвістичному аспектах з урахуванням можливості подальшого використання результатів в освітньому процесі. Емпіричну базу дослідження формують 327 номінативних одиниць (без урахування фонетичних варіантів), зібраних у подільських говірках 17 населених пунктів Вінницької області. Робота складається з чотирьох розділів, у яких узагальнено ключові поняття етнолінгвістики та проаналізовано розвиток слов’янських і сучасних українських етнолінгвістичних студій. Підкреслено нерозривний зв’язок мовного аналізу з етнокультурним контекстом, що є важливим для осмислення обрядових страв. Розглянуто процес називання як мовного й культурного явища, а також основні типи номінативних одиниць та способи їх творення, зокрема первинні й вторинні найменування. Наголошено на значенні діалектного матеріалу для формування лінгвокультурної компетентності здобувачів освіти. Практична частина присвячена аналізу говіркових назв обрядових страв і напоїв. Опрацювання цього матеріалу дало змогу виявити особливості їхньої номінації, семантики, ареальної варіативності та їхню роль у сучасних обрядових практиках подолян. The work investigates the ritual dishes and beverages of the Podolians in the nominative and ethnolinguistic aspects, considering the possibility of further use of the results in the educational process. The empirical base of the research is formed by 327 nominative units (excluding phonetic variants) collected from the Podilian dialects of 17 settlements in the Vinnytsia region. The work consists of four chapters, which summarize the key concepts of ethnolinguistics and analyze the development of Slavic and contemporary Ukrainian ethnolinguistic studies. The inseparable connection of linguistic analysis with the ethnocultural context, which is important for understanding ritual dishes, is emphasized. The process of naming as a linguistic and cultural phenomenon, as well as the main types of nominative units and methods of their formation, including primary and secondary names, are considered. The significance of dialectal material for the formation of the linguocultural competence of students is highlighted. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the dialectal names of ritual dishes and beverages. The processing of this material allowed for the identification of the features of their nomination, semantics, areal variation and their role in the modern ritual practices of the Podolians.
