Дитяча рекреація України в контексті війни і соціально-економічної кризи

Abstract

Проаналізовано соціально-економічний стан, його вплив на дитячу рекреацію на території України. Запропоновано можливості використання дитячої рекреації як динамічної сфери економіки, для швидкого зростання доходів населення. Було обґрунтовано важливість фінансування оздоровлення дітей. Проаналізовано різні аспекти соціально-економічного розвитку країни та їх вплив на дитячу рекреацію. Вплив Російської агресії на рекреаційну сферу України. Інтервенція Росії на Донбасі і анексія нею українського Криму значно поглибили соціально-економічну кризу в Україні. Ця ситуація позначилася на всіх сферах життя нашої країни. Особливо постраждали діти. Сотні тисяч біженців з Донбасу і Криму нині шукають притулку в інших областях України. Їхні діти фактично позбавлені повноцінної дитячої рекреації. В той же час ця проблема досліджена вкрай недостатньо. Це гальмує як реальне усвідомлення суспільством ситуації, що склалася з дитячою рекреацією, так і прийняття адекватних законів і програм з вирішення або хоча б пом’якшення даної проблеми. Економічна криза та відсутність відчуття безпеки має значний вплив на дитячу рекреацію за рахунок зменшення кількості витрат на дитячий відпочинок. Опосередковано впливає за рахунок зменшення населення. За часи анексії значно зменшився рекреаційний потенціал. Було зруйновано та відібрано низку дитячих таборів. Проте, значно збільшилася потреба в психологічній підтримці, з’явилася значна кількість дітей, що постраждали від воєнних дій.In the article was analyzed the socio-economic situation and its impact on children's recreation in Ukraine. A possibility of using children's recreation as a dynamic sectors of the economy which can cause a rapid growth of population’s incomes was offered as one of conclusions of article. It was proved the importance of funding of children’s rehabilitation. Children's recreation is an important part not only of the economy but also its social sphere. Therefore, the aim of article is an analysis of the socio-economic situation in the country on the eve of active recreation season 2016 and the determination of its direct and indirect effects on the development of children's recreation. Children recreation is an important part not only of the economy but also, above all, its social sphere. The general condition of transformation and socioeconomic situation caused by the action of permanent internal processes and external forces determine the problems and prospects of development of children's recreation. The standard of living of the population is one of the main factors to meet the needs of children in recreation and treatment. That is why it is important constant monitoring of the situation in the country, especially given the objective acceleration of events in the last two years. Socio-economic development is one of the main factors influencing the market of children's recreation. Recreation on depends on the standard of living and level of revenues. The standard of living of the population directly affects the functioning and development of children's health facilities and recreation. Reducing the level and volatility makes it impossible to meet the needs of children in recreation. Raising rates had a negative impact on households and on children's recreation centers and even change the situation subsidy. A significant jump in foreign currency made it impossible to rest for children with average family. Advanced socioeconomic status leads to a decrease in fertility, as most families do not feel safe and have confidence in the level of their income. Ukraine has to a sharp deterioration in living standards had a significant indicator of the aging of the nation. Economic crisis and lack of sense of security has resulted in a significant impact on children's recreation as by reducing expenditures for children's recreation, and indirectly, by reducing the population. And there were a considerable number of children affected by hostilities.
