Постекономічне майбутнє глобальних міст

Abstract

Розглянуто сутність концепції постекономічних трансформацій світової цивілізації. Охарактеризовано особливості таких трансформацій в глобальних містах. Визначено напрямки реорганізації ринку землі і нерухомості в глобальних містах, ключових ресурсів розвитку міст, їх просторової структури і особливостей розміщення продуктивних сил під впливом постекономічних процесів. Окреслено шляхи видозміни публічних просторів глобальних міст, розкрито особливості трансформації галузевого та географічного поділу праці. Процеси розвитку постекономічного суспільства активно протікають в середовищі глобальних міст. Під їх впливом територіальна структура міського простору суттєво змінюється і коригується. Ці зміни стосуються особливостей використання землі та інших природних ресурсів, робочої сили, капіталу, інформації. Виникають нові механізми трансформації ринку землі та нерухомості (аж до зміни ключових положень приватної власності на землю), трансформація трудових і матеріальних ресурсів розвитку міст, їх просторової структури і продуктивних сил в цілому. Для дослідження постекономічних тенденцій розвитку глобальних міст необхідна нова гуманістична (інтеграційна) парадигма дослідження, де синтезовані ті загальнонаукові проблеми, що пов'язані з формуванням постдисциплінарного знання. В її основу покладено гармонійний розвиток властивих людині здібностей і можливостей, людиновимірність знання, розвиток людської культури і цінностей, а також загальне відчуття блага від творчої та інтелектуальної діяльності.The essence of concept of the post-economic transformation in world civilization is disclosed. The features of such transformations growth in global cities are researched. The directions of land rent and real estate market development in global cities are investigated. The key resources of cities development, their spatial structure and dislocation of the productive forces in global cities under the influence of post-economic transformation are explored. The processes of global cities’ public spaces transformations are illustrated. The features of sectoral and geographical division of labor transformations are discovered. The post-economic society develops more actively in the environment of global cities as highly communicational, fully integrated, internationally oriented, dispersion-modular, innovative and representative conglomerate of concentration and mutual intersection of human ideas, interests, creativity, knowledge and intellect. The territorial structure of the urban space greatly changes and accommodates under their influence. These changes affect specifics of the use of land and other natural resources as well as labor, capital and information. They foster new mechanisms of transformation of the land and real estate market (including changes of the fundamental provisions of private land ownership), the resources for development of cities, their spatial structure and productive forces. For further exploration of new post-economic tendencies developing in the global cities one needs a new humanistic (integration) research paradigm. It synthesizes the general scientific problems associated with the formation of post-disciplinary knowledge. The humanistic paradigm is underlain by the harmonious development of human innate abilities and capacities, human measured knowledge, the highest development of the human culture and values, as well as a universal sense of the benefits of the creative and intellectual activities.
