Abstract

У статті висвітлено багату історичну спадщину села Бабин, розташованого в Іллінецькій міській територіальній громаді Вінницької області. Зображено період від заснування в XVI столітті до початку ХХ століття, за цей час село пройшло через численні етапи свого розвитку, включаючи володіння роду Янчинських, створення фортеці княгині Корецької та період Хмельниччини. Розвиток Бабина в середині XIX століття, завдяки родині Ярошинських, зробив його важливим економічним і культурним центром регіону, що має велике значення для збереження національної ідентичності та спадщини України.The article highlights the rich historical heritage of the village of Babyn, located in the Illinets urban territorial community of Vinnytsia region. The period of its foundation in the 16th century to the beginning of the 20th century is depicted, during which time the village went through numerous stages of its development, including the possession of the Yanchynsky family, the creation of the fortress of Princess Koretskaya and the period of Khmelnytsky Uprising. The development of Babyn in the mid-19th century, thanks to the Yaroshynsky family, made it an important economic and cultural center of the region, which is of great importance for the preservation of the national identity and heritage of Ukraine
