Abstract

Мета нашої статті – опис трагісу долі модернізму і модерністів, на прикладі Леся Курбаса та його театру, в тоталітарній країні. Серед завдань розвідки: здійснити опис творчості драматурга, а також схарактеризувати цю визначну особистість з погляду його внеску у світову культуру як одного з найвидатніших драматургів ХХ ст. – Курбаса Олександра-Зенона Степановича.The purpose of our article is to describe the tragedy of the fate of modernism and modernists, on the example of Lesya Kurbas and his theater, in a totalitarian country. Among the tasks of intelligence: to describe the work of the playwright, as well as to characterize this prominent figure in terms of his contribution to world culture as one of the most outstanding playwrights of the twentieth century. - Kurbas Alexander-Zenon Stepanovich.
