Інформаційні системи управління сучасною організацією у сфері юридичної діяльності

Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є теоретико-методологічний аналіз інноваційних інформаційних систем управління сучасною організацією через призму юридичної діяльності. В сучасних ринкових умовах, коли вплив зовнішнього середовища на організацію є змінним, складним та сильним, успішність функціонування будь-якої організації залежить в значній мірі саме від інформаційних систем управління. Оскільки вони зможуть забезпечити всю сукупність інформаційних процесів для задоволення потреби в інформації різних рівнів прийняття рішень та різних сфер буття. Основою використання інформаційної системи управління сучасною організацією в сфері юридичної діяльності є дотримання принципу законності, суть якого зводиться до трьох основних вимог: 1) наявність добре продуманого правового підґрунтя застосування інформаційних систем; 2) точне і повне закріплення правового статусу (прав і обов’язків) усіх володільців, користувачів та розпорядників інформації, що знаходиться в обігу в цих системах; 3) неухильне дотримання правил і принципів роботи в даних системах, чіткий алгоритм відповідальності осіб, винних у недбалому чи халатному використанні системи управління. Для вдосконалення функціонування сучасної організації потрібно підвищити рівень відповідальності за вчинення правопорушень у сфері навмисного пошкодження інформаційних систем управління вчинених дією чи бездіяльністю.The purpose of the qualification work is the theoretical and methodological analysis of innovative management information systems of a modern organization through the prism of legal activity. In modern market conditions, when the influence of the external environment on the organization is variable, complex and strong, the success of the functioning of any organization depends to a large extent on information management systems. Because they will be able to provide the entire set of information processes to meet the need for information at different levels of decision-making and different spheres of life. The basis of the use of the information management system of a modern organization in the field of legal activity is compliance with the principle of legality, the essence of which boils down to three main requirements: 1) the presence of a well-thought-out legal basis for the use of information systems; 2) accurate and complete confirmation of the legal status (rights and obligations) of all owners, users and managers of information circulating in these systems; 3) strict adherence to the rules and principles of work in these systems, a clear algorithm of responsibility of persons guilty of negligent or negligent use of the management system. To improve the functioning of a modern organization, it is necessary to increase the level of responsibility for committing offenses in the field of intentional damage to management information systems committed by action or inaction.
