Abstract

У роботі висвітлено еволюційний процес формування, класифікаційні підходи та організаційно-правові аспекти прийняття управлінських рішень у підприємництві на засадах науковості. Проаналізовано специфіку формування та прийняття управлінських рішень в різних організаційно-правових структурах управління підприємством. Автором запропоновано організаційно-правові підходи підприємства до покращення процесів генерування управлінських рішень та окреслено напрями запровадження сучасних концепцій ефективного управління підприємством.The work highlights the evolutionary process of formation, classification approaches, and organizational and legal aspects of managerial decision-making in entrepreneurship based on scientific principles. The specifics of the formation and adoption of management decisions in various organizational and legal structures of enterprise management are analyzed. The author proposed the organizational and legal approaches of the enterprise to the improvement of the processes of generating managerial decisions and outlined the directions for the introduction of modern concepts of effective enterprise management.
