Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано становлення і розвиток спічрайтингу та риторики як науки, визначено мету та завдання «Спічрайтингу та риторики» як навчальної дисципліни. До того ж схарактеризовано закони риторичної діяльності, презентовано схеми виступу при підготовці промови спічрайтиром.
The article substantiates the formation and development of speechwriting and rhetoric as a science, defines the purpose and tasks of «Speechwriting and rhetoric» as an educational discipline. In addition, the laws of rhetorical activity are characterized, speech schemes are presented when preparing a speech by a speechwriter. For successful rhetorical activity, it is advisable to adhere to the following laws: conceptual law; the law of audience modeling; strategic law; tactical law; speech law; the law of effective communication; system-analytical law. Thus, the study of the history of the formation and development of speechwriting and rhetoric as a science made it possible to come to the conclusion that speechwriting and rhetoric were formed in the bosom of Ancient Greek civilization. As an educational discipline, «Speechwriting and Rhetoric» assumes a certain goal and task. It has been proven that there are certain steps to follow in order to write a good speech. In addition, the following laws should be observed for successful rhetorical activity: conceptual law; the law of audience modeling; strategic law; tactical law; speech law; the law of effective communication; system-analytical law. In addition, when preparing to write the text of the speech, it is necessary to adhere to three main principles.
