Abstract

Проведене дослідження дозволяє зробити наступні висновки, що законодавча влада в системі державного управління є невід’ємною складовою і відіграє ключову роль у формуванні та реалізації правових норм і принципів, які регулюють життя суспільства. Її функції включають ухвалення, зміну та скасування законів, які визначають права, обов'язки та відповідальність громадян та державних органів.The study allows us to draw the following conclusions: the legislature in the system of public administration is an integral part of the system and plays a key role in the formation and implementation of legal norms and principles that regulate the life of society. Its functions include the adoption, amendment and repeal of laws that define the rights, duties and responsibilities of citizens and public authorities.
