Зміст громадянської відповідальності особистості у системі виховної роботи освітнього закладу

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано структуру громадянської відповідальності як цілісної системи, що включає такі підсистеми, які характеризують природні, соціальні якості громадянськості, взаємопов’язані синергетично та ієрархічно; з’ясовано основні позиції, що враховуються у конструюванні динаміки й структури формування громадянської відповідальності особистості. Одним із актуальних факторів і засобів формування громадянськості є українознавство, вивчення свого родоводу, місця, де народилися особистість. Окреслено складові елементи структурної частини моделі громадянської культури особистості (на рівні трьох підсистем).The article reveals the content of civil responsibility, which is a reflection of the civil sphere of public life, civil society, civil rights and the status of a citizen; it is the culture of civil society, which involves a set of value orientations, moral, spiritual, qualities and outlook-psychological characteristics of an individual, the unity of civil rights and duties. The structure of civil responsibility as a complete system is substantiated. The components of civic responsibility are named (competence, civic education, experience in social activities, personal activity). The central place in the educational field is the formation of citizens, freedoms, democratic values in students, the ability to make their own objective assessments of various life phenomena and events, of people themselves and the meaning of life, and thanks to this to resist the expansive and mechanical imposition of ready-made from the outside benchmarks and benchmarks. One of the relevant factors and means of citizenship formation is Ukrainian studies, the study of one's genealogy, the place where a person was born. The main methodological positions that are taken into account in the construction of the structure and dynamics of the formation of the civil responsibility of the individual are highlighted. The structure of civic responsibility as a whole system includes three subsystems characterizing social, natural, systemic qualities of citizenship, interconnected synergistically and hierarchically.
