Екологічна освіта – рушійна сила сталого розвитку: європейський досвід

Abstract

У статті висвітлено одну з актуальних проблем сучасної освіти – екологічне виховання дітей. Екологічна освіта – це не тільки сформовані поняття та уявлення дітей про об’єкти довкілля та їх роль в екосистемі, але й свідоме ставлення особистості, що виражається в емоціях, співпереживанні, діях та вчинках. Охарактеризовано проблеми забезпечення сталого розвитку суспільства в контексті екологічної освіти. Описано європейський досвід, щодо реалізації концепції сталого розвитку, яка передбачає об’єднання трьох складників: соціального, економічного та екологічного. На основі аналізу досвіду країн Європи, щодо екологічної освіти дітей, визначено, ефективні форми, методи та прийоми, які будуть підвищувати мотивацію особистості, щодо природоохоронної діяльності та збереження довкілля. Це наприклад, експериментування, демонстрація дослідів, які значно розширює можливості навчання, формує у дітей реалісте уявлення про об’єкти довкілля. Різновидом природоохоронної роботи з дітьми є також організація екологічних виставок до кожної пори року. Також у статті описано проєкт Project: 101085524 – EcoEdEU –ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH «Ecological education of preschool and primary school children: a European approach», мета якого опанування студентами теоретико-методичних основи організації процесу екологічного виховання дошкільників та молодших школярів на основі Європейського досвіду. Впровадження європейського досвіду в закладах дошкільної освіти, щодо формування кологічної культури позитивно впливатиме на розвиток дитини як особистості. Автори описали впровадження проєкту в закладі вищої освіти зазначивши основні форми роботи зі студентами, які ґрунтуються на європейських підходах до роботи з дітьми в природних умовах. В практичній діяльності здобувачі вищої освіти реалізують інноваційні технології, методи та прийоми роботи, демонструють достатній рівень знань умінь та навичок.

The article highlights one of the urgent problems of modern education – ecological upbringing of children. Environmental education is not only the formation of children's concepts and ideas about environmental objects and their role in the ecosystem, but also the conscious attitude of the individual, manifested in emotions, empathy, actions and deeds. The problems of ensuring the sustainable development of society in the context of environmental education are described. The European experience regarding the implementation of the concept of sustainable development, which involves combining three components: social, economic and environmental, is described. On the basis of the analysis of the experience of the European countries regarding the environmental education of children, effective forms, methods and methods have been determined that will increase the motivation of the individual in relation to environmental protection activities and preservation of the environment. This is, for example, experimentation, demonstration of experiments, which significantly expands learning opportunities, forms a realistic idea of environmental objects in children. Organization of environmental exhibitions for each season is also a type of environmental protection work with children. The article also describes the project Project: 101085524 – EcoEdEU –ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH «Ecological education of preschool and primary school children: a European approach», the purpose of which is for students to master the theoretical and methodological foundations of organizing the process of ecological education of preschoolers and younger schoolchildren on the basis of European experience. The implementation of European experience in preschool education institutions regarding the formation of ecological culture will have a positive effect on the development of the child as an individual. The authors described the implementation of the project in the institution of higher education, noting the main forms of working with students, which are based on European approaches to working with children in natural conditions. In practical activities, students of higher education implement innovative technologies, methods and methods of work, demonstrate a sufficient level of knowledge, skills and abilities.
