Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню використання інноваційних технологій навчання у формуванні колективу молодших школярів. Перший розділ: «Теоретичні аспекти інноваційного підходу до формування колективу молодших школярів у процесі навчання» присвячений проблемі використання інноваційних технологій навчання у формуванні колективу молодших школярів. Обґрунтовано ефективність використання інноваційних технологій як засобу підвищення якості формування учнівського колективу учнів, розвитку у них ключових компетентностей. Проведення експериментального дослідження з використанням методів спостереження, анкетування педагогів та учнів дозволило визначити рівні сформованості учнівського колективу в умовах сучасної початкової школи. Другий розділ «Практика використання інноваційних технологій навчання у формуванні учнівського колективу молодших школярів» присвячено практичним аспектам використання інноваційних технологій задля успішного формування колективу молодших школярів. Акцент зроблено на використанні інтерактивної, ігрової, проєктної технології.

The qualification work is devoted to the study of the use of innovative learning technologies in the formation of a team of junior high school students. The first chapter: "Theoretical aspects of the innovative approach to the formation of a team of junior high school students in the learning process" is devoted to the problem of using innovative learning technologies in the formation of a team of junior high school students. The effectiveness of the use of innovative technologies as a means of improving the quality of the formation of the student body of students and the development of their key competencies is substantiated. Conducting an experimental study using observation methods, questionnaires of teachers and students made it possible to determine the level of formation of the student body in the conditions of a modern elementary school. The second section: "The practice of using innovative learning technologies in the formation of the student body of junior high school students" is devoted to the practical aspects of the use of innovative technologies for the successful formation of a team of junior high school students. Emphasis is placed on the use of interactive, game, project technology.
