Викладання дисципліни «Фізична культура» у ВНТУ

Abstract

Авторами проведено аналіз особливостей викладання дисципліни «Фізична культура» у Вінницькому національному технічному університеті в умовах її реалізації у форматі факультативних занять. Розкрито сучасний стан організації факультативної фізкультурно-оздоровчої діяльності здобувачів освіти технічного профілю. Визначено основні проблеми, пов’язані зі зниженням мотивації студентів до занять, обмеженим часом та ресурсним забезпеченням. Окреслено роль факультативних занять з фізичної культури у формуванні культури здоров’я та підтриманні належного рівня рухової активності. Обґрунтовано перспективи вдосконалення викладання фізичної культури у ВНТУ.The authors analyzed the features of teaching the discipline "Physical Culture" at Vinnytsia National Technical University in the conditions of its implementation in the format of optional classes. The current state of the organization of optional physical education and health activities of students of technical education is revealed. The main problems associated with the decrease in students' motivation to study, limited time and resource provision are identified. The role of optional physical education classes in the formation of a culture of health and maintaining an appropriate level of physical activity is outlined. The prospects for improving the teaching of physical education at VNTU are substantiated
