Територіально-рекреаційний комплекс Вінницької області

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню територіально-рекреаційного комплексу Вінницької області України, який є важливою регіональною ланкою в загальнодержавній територіальній організації рекреаційної діяльності населення. Актуальність питання зумовлена необхідністю проведення аналізу функціонування та розвитку територіально-рекреаційного комплексу Вінниччини в цілому, та кожного рекреаційного району зокрема. Адже зважаючи на значні рекреаційні ресурси у різних регіонах України, виникає потреба наукового обґрунтування рекреаційної діяльності та створення найбільш сприятливих умов для життя і відпочинку людей. У статті проведено аналіз факторів формування ТРК Вінницької області. У процесі дослідження здійснена комплексна бальна оцінка рекреаційно-ресурсного потенціалу, визначено коефіцієнти рекреаційної цінності території області та її адміністративних районів. На основі структурного аналізу проведена структуризація ТРК Вінницької області – проаналізована компонентна та територіальна структури. Особлива увагу звернена на розвиток оздоровчо-спортивної рекреації в області. Обґрунтована роль міста Вінниці, як поліфункціонального рекреаційного центра ТРК, що має досить забезпечену матеріально-технічну базу. Показано рівень сучасного рекреаційного використання території Вінницької області, визначені основні напрямки і конкретні рекомендації для поліпшення рекреаційної діяльності на території області в умовах трансформації економіки України.On the modern stage of transformation of public relations in Ukraine, the health preservation of population in separate territory is become more actual. It generates the wide spectrum of necessities realization of which is provided by recreational industry of economy. Because of it, and also on considerable recreational resources in the different regions of Ukraine, there is a necessity of scientific ground of recreational activity and creation of the most favorable terms for life and rest of people. Recreational activity can become important in the economic complex of many regions, especially those which have agrarian specialization, the least contamination of environment and own considerable recreational resources. In territorial-recreational complexes (TRK) of such regions recreational services can be formed not only for a local population but also for the necessities of holiday-makers from other regions of Ukraine and from abroad. The article is devoted to the research of the territorial-recreational complex (TRC) of Vinnitsa region of Ukraine, which is an important branch in the state system of territorial organization of the activity of population. The analysis of the factors of the TRC of Vinnitsa region was done, the coefficients of recreational value of the region and its districts were determined. The structuring of TRC of Vinnitsa region based on the structural analysis: was analyzed component, territorial and administrative structure. The level of modern recreational use of the Vinnitsa region have been shown, the main directions and specific recommendations to improve recreational activities in the region in the economic transformation of Ukraine were singled out.
