Педагогічна етика вчителя початкової школи як умова соціалізації молодшого школяра

Abstract

Головною дійовою особою в школі є вчитель, і вирішувати проблеми, долати певні психолого-педагогічні труднощі учнів у процесі навчання доводиться йому. Значення професійної етики у врегулюванні різних видів діяльності, зокрема й успішної соціалізації молодшого школяра, є беззаперечним. Науковці стверджують, що особистісне і соціальне зростання (соціалізація) мають перебувати у тісному взаємозв’язку. З огляду на це, тема кваліфікаційної роботи є своєчасною та актуальною. Перший розділ «Теоретичні основи впливу педагогічної етики на соціалізацію учнів молодшого шкільного віку» присвячено розкриттю основних понять теми дослідження – «етика», «професійна етика вчителя», «мораль», здійснено детальний аналіз психолого-педагогічних аспектів соціалізації дітей молодшого шкільного віку, обґрунтовано зміст поняття «соціальна компетентність» як результат успішної соціалізації молодшого школяра, розкрито особливості впливу етики вчителя на соціально-психологічний розвиток учнів молодшого шкільного віку. У другому розділі «Педагогічні умови впливу етики вчителя початкової школи на процес соціалізації учнів» здійснено аналіз результатів експериментальних досліджень щодо перевірки впливу етики вчителя на стан сформованості соціальної компетентності учнів і на цій основі обґрунтовано педагогічні умови ефективного впливу професійної етики педагога на стан сформованості соціальної компетентності молодших школярів. Автором кваліфікаційного дослідження розкрито методичні аспекти використання вчителем прийомів формувального оцінювання у налагодженні етичної взаємодії та ефективного зворотного зв’язку; запровадження інтерактивного навчання задля успішної соціалізації молодших школярів; проведення ранкових зустрічей у Новій українській школі тощо.

The main actor in the school is the teacher, and it is up to him to solve problems, overcome certain psychological and pedagogical difficulties of students in the learning process. The importance of professional ethics in regulating various types of activities, including the successful socialization of a younger student, is undeniable. Scientists argue that personal and social growth (socialization) should be closely interconnected. In view of this, the topic of the qualification work is timely and relevant.The first section "Theoretical foundations of the influence of pedagogical ethics on the socialization of primary school students" is devoted to revealing the main concepts of the research topic - "ethics", "professional ethics of the teacher", "morality", a detailed analysis of the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the socialization of primary school children is carried out, the content of the concept of "social competence" as a result of the successful socialization of a primary school student is substantiated, and the features of the influence of teacher ethics on the socio-psychological development of primary school students are revealed.In the second section, “Pedagogical conditions of the influence of the ethics of a primary school teacher on the process of students’ socialization,” the results of experimental studies on the verification of the influence of the ethics of a teacher on the state of formation of students’ social competence are analyzed and, on this basis, the pedagogical conditions of the effective influence of the professional ethics of a teacher on the state of formation of social competence of younger schoolchildren are substantiated. The author of the qualification study reveals the methodological aspects of the teacher’s use of formative assessment techniques in establishing ethical interaction and effective feedback; the introduction of interactive learning for the successful socialization of younger schoolchildren; holding morning meetings at the New Ukrainian School, etc.
