Адаптація і модифікація навчальної програми з професії «Оператор комп’ютерного набору» для навчання незрячих учнів в інклюзивних групах

Abstract

У статті описано доцільність адаптації і модифікації навчальної програми з професії «Оператор комп’ютерного набору» для навчання незрячих учнів в інклюзивних групах у закладах професійної освіти. Аналіз психолого-педагогічної і методичної літератури з проблеми дослідження свідчить, що питання впровадження інклюзивної освіти в навчальний процес є предметом уваги багатьох зарубіжних і вітчизняних дослідників. Проте залишаються поза увагою проблеми організації і наукового обґрунтування педагогічного експерименту щодо створення інклюзивних умов з огляду на інноваційні зміни, що відбуваються в закладах професійної освіти. На прикладі, Державної реабілітаційної установи «Центр комплексної реабілітації для осіб з інвалідністю «Поділля»» міста Вінниці, описано особливості адаптації предметів професійно-теоретичних підготовки для незрячих учнів, які навчаються в інклюзивних групах. Зокрема, вивчення предмету «Основи роботи в Internet» ускладнюється тим, що більшість ресурсів глобальної мережі частково доступні для учнів з вадами зору. У статті розглянуто обмежені можливості озвучення екранним диктором окремих тем під час вивчення офісних додатків. Зокрема запропоновано модифікувати навчальний матеріал з теми «Опрацювання графічної інформації» на вивчення процесу оптичного розпізнавання паперових джерел. Вибір зумовлений, по-перше, відповідністю теми оброки графічної інформації згідно державного стандарту з професії і, по-друге, необхідністю володіння незрячими учнями даною програмою для перетворення паперових матеріалів у електронний вигляд. Адаптовано-модифікована навчальна програма забезпечує виконання вимог освітньо-кваліфікаційної характеристики з підготовки кваліфікованого робітника з професії «Оператор комп'ютерного набору» під час навчання незрячих учнів.The article describes the feasibility of adapting and modifying the Computer Operator Curriculum to train blind students in inclusive groups in vocational education institutions. The analysis of psychological-pedagogical and methodological literature on the problem of research shows that the issue of the introduction of inclusive education in the educational process is the subject of attention of many foreign and domestic researchers. However, the problems of organizing and scientifically substantiating the pedagogical experiment regarding the creation of inclusive conditions in view of the innovative changes taking place in vocational education institutions remain neglected. For example, the State Rehabilitation Institution “Center for Integrated Rehabilitation for Persons with Disabilities“ Podillya ”, Vinnitsa, describes the features of adaptation of subjects of vocational-theoretical training for blind students who study in inclusive groups. In particular, learning the basics of the Internet is complicated by the fact that most of the resources of the global network are partially accessible to students with visual impairments. The article discusses the limited capabilities of the speaker on a separate topic when studying office applications. In particular, it is proposed to modify the educational material on the topic "Processing of graphic information" to study the process of optical recognition of paper sources. The choice is due, first, to the relevance of the topic of the processing of graphical information in accordance with the state standard for the profession and, secondly, the need to own blind students this program to convert paper materials into electronic form. Adapted-modified training program fulfills the requirements of educational and qualification characteristics for the training of a skilled worker in the profession "Computer typing operator" during the training of blind students.
