Інструменти реалізації соціальних проєктів на місцевому рівні

Abstract

Проаналізовано основні інструменти реалізації соціальних проєктів, зокрема механізми та методи їх впровадження. Розглянуто роль організаційних структур, державних та недержавних фінансових ресурсів у підтримці соціальних ініціатив. Враховується значення партнерства між громадськими організаціями, бізнесом та місцевими органами влади. У результаті дослідження визначено інструменти та методи, що використовуються для впровадження соціальних проєктів, визначено термінологію в галузі публічного управління та ключові чинники, які впливають на успішність реалізації проєктів. Описано методи оцінки ефективності соціальних проєктів. Розглянуто перелік успішних проєктів соціального характеру, які свідчать про важливість комплексного підходу до управління та залучення громади на всіх етапах реалізації. Розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності планування, управління та моніторингу на місцевому рівні.The study analyzes the main tools for the implementation of social projects, in particular the mechanisms and methods of their implementation. The role of organizational structures, state and non–state financial resources in supporting social initiatives is considered. The importance of partnership between public organizations, business and local authorities is taken into account. Recommendations for improving the effectiveness of planning, management and monitoring at the local level are considered. As a result of the research, the tools and methods used for the implementation of social projects, the terminology in the field of public administration and the key factors affecting the success of project implementation are defined. Methods of evaluating the effectiveness of social projects are described. A number of successful projects of a social nature are considered, which testify to the importance of an integrated approach to management and community involvement at all stages of implementation.
