Методологічні підходи до проведення грошової оцінки земель в Україні - географічний аспект

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано методичні підходи до оцінки земель (територій) окупованих пунктів. Розглянуто проблеми застосування географічних факторів в оцінці земель. Наведено класифікацію населених пунктів України за ступенем впливу на їх вартість географічних факторів. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення методики оцінки земель.In article the methodological approaches to an estimation of lands (territories) of the occupied items are analyzed. The problems of application of the geographical factors in an estimation of lands are considered. The classification of the occupied items of Ukraine by a degree of influence on their cost of the geographical factors is resulted. The ways of perfection of a technique of an estimation of landds are offered.
