Роль інтерактивних методів у підготовці педагогів до міжкультурної комунікації

Abstract

У статті досліджується значення інтерактивних методів навчання у процесі формування готовності майбутніх педагогів до міжкультурної комунікації. Обґрунтовано, що інтерактивні технології сприяють розвитку комунікативної компетентності, емпатії, толерантності та навичок роботи в полікультурному середовищі. Представлено приклади ефективних методів та проаналізовано особливості їх впровадження у професійну підготовку педагогічних кадрів. У дедалі різноманітніших освітніх середовищах міжкультурна комунікація стала критично важливою компетенцією для вчителів. У цій статті досліджується роль інтерактивних методів навчання у підготовці майбутніх педагогів до ефективного подолання культурних відмінностей. Стверджується, що традиційні дидактичні підходи не здатні розвинути тонкощі, необхідні для міжкультурної взаємодії, та демонструється, як інтерактивні стратегії, такі як симуляції, рольові ігри, спільні проекти та рефлексивний діалог, значно підвищують міжкультурну компетентність вчителів.The article explores the importance of interactive teaching methods in the process of forming the readiness of future teachers for intercultural communication. It is substantiated that interactive technologies contribute to the development of communicative competence, empathy, tolerance and skills for working in a multicultural environment. Examples of effective methods are presented and the features of their implementation in the professional training of pedagogical personnel are analyzed. In increasingly diverse educational environments, intercultural communication has become a critically important competence for teachers. This article explores the role of interactive teaching methods in preparing future teachers to effectively overcome cultural differences. It is argued that traditional didactic approaches are unable to develop the subtleties necessary for intercultural interaction, and it is demonstrated how interactive strategies, such as simulations, role-playing games, joint projects and reflective dialogue, significantly increase the intercultural competence of teachers.
