Розвиток просторових орієнтувань у дітей старшого дошкільного віку в природному довкіллі

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано можливості використання піших прогулянок на свіжому повітрі в розвитку просторових орієнтувань у старших дошкільників. Уточнено зміст понять «пізнавальна діяльність», «простір», «просторові уявлення», «просторова орієнтація» у філософському, психолого-педагогічному і методичному контекстах. Запропоновано авторське трактування сутнісного змісту поняття «розвиток просторових орієнтувань». У контексті діяльнісного підходу розкрито особливості розвитку просторових орієнтувань у дітей старшого дошкільного віку в процесі щоденних прогулянок. Доведено, що реалізацію освітніх завдань із дітьми спрямовано на розвиток довільності їх пізнавальних процесів, уміння оперувати чуттєвими уявленнями, враженнями та судженнями, співіснувати та самореалізовуватися в безпечному природному довкіллі. Зокрема, охарактеризовано види пізнавальної діяльності та межі їх реалізації, представлено різноманітність форм. Порівняльна характеристика різних форм оздоровчої роботи з дітьми (прогулянки-походи, піший перехід, піші прогулянки тощо) розкриває вплив природного довкілля на всебічний розвиток шестирічної дитини, зокрема розвиток її просторових орієнтувань. Сутність філософських концепцій природного (життєвого) простору дозволяє зрозуміти естетичний потенціал природи та психолого-педагогічні закономірності його освоєння дитиною. Проаналізовані наукові джерела представляють простір як середовище для оздоровлення та вдосконалення, зокрема поле власного самовизначення та відповідальності. Особливу увагу приділено арсеналу педагогічних засобів при активній режисерській взаємодії, практиці використання природного довкілля, його інформативності для формування ключових компетентностей і наскрізних умінь у дітей старшого дошкільного віку.

The possibilities of using foot walks in a fresh air in the development of spatial orientations in senior preschool children were substantiated in the article. The content of the notions «cognitive activity», «space», «spatial imaginations», «spatial orientation» in philosophical, psychological-pedagogical and methodical contexts were specified. The author‟s interpretation of the essential content of the concept of «development of spatial orientations» was proposed. In the context of the activity approach, the essentials of the development of spatial orientations in senior preschool children in the process of daily walks were revealed. It was proved that the realization of educational tasks with children is aimed at developing of the randomness of their cognitive processes, the ability to operate with sensory imaginations, impressions and judgments, to coexist and self-realise in a safe natural environment. In particular, the kinds of cognitive activity and the boundaries of their realization were characterized, the diversity of forms was presented. A comparative characteristic of various forms of health-improving work with children (walks-hikes, pedestrian crossing, walking strolls etc.) reveals the impact of the natural environment on the thorough development of a six-year-old child, in particular the development of their spatial orientations. The essence of the philosophical concepts of natural (life) space allows us to understand the aesthetic potential of nature, the psychological and pedagogical regularities of its mastering by a child. The analysed scientific sources present space as an environment for healing and improvement, in particular the field of one‟s own self-determination and responsibility. Special attention was paid to the arsenal of pedagogical means during active directorial interaction, the practice of using the natural environment, its informativity for the formation of key competencies and crosscutting skills in senior preschool children.
