Державна політика в сфері реабілітації в Україні здоров’я

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню державної політики у сфері реабілітації в Україні. У роботі визначено концептуальні та нормативно-правові основи реабілітаційної політики, охарактеризовано її методологічні аспекти. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу стратегічних напрямів: професійній, соціальній адаптації, медичній, фізичній, фізкультурно-спортивній реабілітації та психологічній допомозі. Проведено порівняльний аналіз міжнародного досвіду у цій сфері та запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення української політики на основі світових практик. Робота спрямована на розробку рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності державної політики у сфері реабілітації.The qualification work is devoted to the study of state policy in the field of rehabilitation in Ukraine. The paper defines the conceptual and regulatory framework of rehabilitation policy, describes its methodological aspects. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of strategic directions: professional and social adaptation, medical, physical, sports and cultural rehabilitation and psychological assistance. A comparative analysis of international experience in this area is carried out and ways to improve Ukrainian policy based on international practices are proposed. The work is aimed at developing recommendations for improving the effectiveness of state policy in the field of rehabilitation.
