Реалізація принципу педагогічного партнерства в умовах НУШ: дипломна робота

Abstract

Сьогодні перед загальною середньою освітою стоять великі виклики, відповідь на які – запровадження концепції Нової української школи. Одним із її принципів є дитиноцентризм, що передбачає розкриття унікальності, талантів і здібностей кожного учня. Успішна реалізація цього принципу полягає, зокрема, у використанні педагогіки партнерства. Виховання дитини починається в сім’ї, і якщо батьки не дотримуються загальнолюдських, моральних, культурних цінностей, не взаємодіють зі школою в вирішенні завдань виховання та навчання, то розвиток особистості дитини не може бути всебічним і ефективним. Підвищення мотивації сучасної сім’ї до здійснення виховання дітей вимагає від педагогічної науки і практики розробки науково методичного забезпечення взаємодії загальноосвітньої організації та сім’ї, а також психолого-педагогічного супроводу сім’ї в вирішенні завдань.

Today, general secondary education faces major challenges, the answer to which is the introduction of the concept of the New Ukrainian School. One of its principles is child-centeredness, which involves revealing the uniqueness, talents and abilities of each student. The successful implementation of this principle consists, in particular, in the use of partnership pedagogy. A child's upbringing begins in the family, and if parents do not adhere to universal human, moral, cultural values, do not interact with the school in solving the tasks of upbringing and education, then the development of the child's personality cannot be comprehensive and effective. Increasing the motivation of the modern family to raise children requires pedagogical science and practice to develop scientifically methodical support for the interaction of the general educational organization and the family, as well as psychological and pedagogical support of the family in solving tasks.
