Сучасні форми організації агропромислового виробництва Вінницької області

Abstract

У статті представлені результати дослідження нових форм господарювання в АПК Вінницької області; з’ясовано, що за минулі роки в агропромисловому комплексі області розпочалося формування спочатку фермерських господарств, а вже згодом на їх основі інших агроформувань. Встановлено, що у складних умовах ринкової економіки важко виживати окремим господарствам, невеликим сільськогосподарських формуванням, з огляду на це, різко скорочується їх кількість за рахунок переходу під контроль потужних аграрно-промислових структур. Провідними серед них є агропромислові холдинги, корпорації та компанії, тобто відбувається процес укрупнення сільськогосподарського виробництва шляхом аграрно-промислової інтеграції. Проаналізовано діяльність, структуру та спеціалізацію найбільших агроформувань Вінницької області: ТОВ «Агропродінвест» (учасниками якого є ПрАТ ПК «Поділля», ТОВ ПК «Зоря Поділля»), ТОВ СП «Нібулон»; «Миронівський хлібопродукт», Група компаній «ТЕРРА ФУД». У сільськогосподарському виробництві вони використовують новітні досягнення НТП, зокрема селекції і агрономії, співпрацюють з провідними НДІ України та зарубіжжя, їх діяльність є високорентабельною та швидкоокупною. Прогнозовано, що на території Вінницької області відбуватиметься подальша концентрація землі та виробничих ресурсів у складі потужних агровиробничих структур, як наслідок будуть знищуватися малі фермерські господарства, зростатиме соціальна напруга на селі. На державному рівні необхідно стимулювати та підтримувати розвиток малого і середнього агробізнесу.The article presents the results of research on new forms of management in the agroindustrial complex of Vinnytsia region. It was stated that over the past years in the agroindustrial complex of the region began the formation of the first farms, and then on the basis of other agroformations. It is established that in difficult conditions of a market economy it is difficult to survive to separate farms, small agricultural formations, in view of this, their number is sharply reduced due to the transition to the control of powerful agro-industrial structures. Leading among them are agro-industrial holdings, corporations and companies, that is, the process of consolidation of agricultural production through agro-industrial integration is taking place. The activity, structure and specialization of the largest agroformations of Vinnytsia region are analyzed: LLC "Agroprodinvest" (the participants of which are PrAT PC "Podillya", LLC PC "Zorya Podillya"), "Nibulon" joint-stock company; "Myronivsky Hliboproduct", Group of Companies "TERRA FOOD". In agricultural production, they use the latest achievements of NTPs, in particular breeding and agronomy, cooperate with leading research institutes of Ukraine and abroad, their activities are highly profitable and cost-effective. It is forecasted that further concentration of land and production resources will take place in the territory of the Vinnytsia region in the hands of powerful agribusiness structures, as a result of which small farms will be destroyed, and social tensions will increase in the countryside.
