Державна політика у сфері цифрового розвитку України

Abstract

Здійснивши теоретичний аналіз державної політики у сфері цифрового розвитку України, зроблено висновки про те, що важливим етапом цифровізації різних сфер суспільного життя є «проведення відповідного реформування, що передбачає вдосконалення нормативно- правової основи функціонування суб’єктів державної політики». Напрям цифрової трансформації державного управління набув поширення як об’єкт yаукових досліджень, що обумовлюється процесами глобалізації, євроінтеграції, інформатизацією суспільства. Це підтверджується значною кількістю наукових робіт.Having carried out a theoretical analysis of the State policy in the field of digital development of Ukraine, the author concludes that an important stage in the digitalisation of various spheres of public life is ‘the implementation of appropriate reforms which involve improving the regulatory and legal framework for the functioning of public policy subjects’. The digital transformation of public administration has become widespread as an object of scientific research, which is due to the processes of globalisation, European integration, and informatisation of society. This is confirmed by a significant number of scientific papers.
