Розвиток соціальної компетенції осіб з інвалідністю з числа представників ромського населення України.

Abstract

У статті висвітлена проблема інтеграції ромського населення в громади на території України та формування їхніх соціальних компетенцій для повноцінної самореалізації. Освітлені основні проблеми, з якими стикаються роми. Нами висвітлені основні проблеми, з якими стикаються представники ромського населення. Зокрема, ми розробили та провели анкетування, які допоможе нам у подальшому ефективніше планувати подальші дослідження та розробку програм з соціальної підтримки ромів в Україні. Питання анкети стосувалися віку, статі, сімейного стану й освіти та зайнятості респондентівThe article highlights the problem of integration of the Roma population into communities in Ukraine and the formation of their social competencies for full self-realization. Today, there is some progress in the fight against discrimination against Roma in Ukraine. The integration of Roma into Ukrainian society is in line with the state strategy, which expired in 2020. We are now on the threshold of making a new strategy, which should begin with the inclusion of Roma in the process of its formation, implementation and further monitoring. The main task in creating a new strategy is to study the pressing problems and current needs of the Roma, because it is incomplete distorted information at the beginning of planning threatens the whole prospect of effective implementation of the new strategy. We present the main problems faced by the Roma population. In particular, we have developed and conducted a questionnaire that will help us in the future to plan further research more effectively and development of programs for social support of Roma in Ukraine. The questions of the questionnaire concerned the age, sex, marital status, education and employment of the respondents.
