Підготовка фахівців у закладах вищої освіти в реаліях цифрової трансформації.

Abstract

Окреслено принципи використання інноваційних форм і методів вищої освіти, що виникають під впливом цифрової трансформації, безпосередньо у підготовці фахівців для високотехнологічних галузей, що передбачає переосмислення структури та змісту вищої освіти, інформатизацію усіх етапів підготовки, впровадження процесів діджиталізації як передумови неперервності навчально-виховного процесу. В умовах діджиталізації всіх сфер діяльності суспільства професійним завданням фахівців, що пов’язані з цифровою трансформацією, притаманне збільшення частки праці з засобами діджиталізації, безперервне опрацювання інформації, а також генерування інноваційної діяльності, що спрямована на підвищення ефективності праці. Інноваційні технології переважно спрямовані на діджиталізацію бізнеспроцесів сучасних установ та на виробництві. Вони повинні вивчатись під час підготовки студентів з різних спеціальностей у вищий школі, що є невід’ємною складовою формування успішності фахівців, які будуть використовувати діджиталізацію як інструмент своєї діяльності. Під впливом процесів діджиталізації сучасна вища освіта повинна максимально враховувати інноваційні науково-технічні тенденції через тісну інтеграцію з наукою та виробничою сферою, випереджати потребу у фахівцях, які здатні розробляти процеси цифрової трансформації, здійснювати модернізацію бізнес-процесів та технічну реконструкцію промисловості. Запропоновано варіанти доцільного застосування загальнодоступних online засобів комунікації та безпосереднього навчання з метою підвищення ефективності навчання студентів, оптимізації зворотного зв’язку між викладачем і суб’єктами навчання, інноваційного підходу у виконанні проектних завдань. Ставиться акцент на те, що діджиталізація культурно-соціальної взаємодії та соціально-трудових відносин суспільства, інформатизація вищої освіти вимагає принципової перебудови змісту, методів та організаційних форм навчання.

The principles of using innovative forms and methods of higher education, arising under the influence of digital transformation, directly in the training of specialists for high-tech industries, are determined, provides for a rethinking of the structure and content of higher education, informatization of all stages of training, the introduction of digitalization processes as a prerequisite for the continuity of the educational process. In the context of the digitalization of all spheres of society's activities, the professional tasks of specialists associated with digital transformation are inherent in an increase in the share of labor with digitalization means, continuous information processing, as well as the generation of innovative activities aimed at increasing labor efficiency. Innovative technologies are mainly aimed at digitalizing the business processes of modern institutions and in production. They should be studied in the preparation of students in various specialties in higher education, which is an integral part of the formation of the success of specialists who will use digitalization as a tool in their activities. Under the influence of digitalization processes, modern higher education should take into account innovative scientific and technical trends as much as possible through close integration with science and the industrial sphere, outstrip the need for specialists capable of developing digital transformation processes, modernizing business processes and technical reconstruction of industry. Variants of the expedient use of publicly available online means of communication and direct training are proposed in order to increase the efficiency of student learning, optimize feedback between the teacher and the subjects of training, and an innovative approach to the implementation of project tasks. The emphasis is placed on the fact that the digitalization of cultural and social interaction and social and labor relations of society, the informatization of higher education requires a fundamental restructuring of the content, methods and organizational forms of education.
