Педагогічні умови громадянського виховання офіцерів служби порятунку

Abstract

У дисертації обґрунтовано концептуальні засади громадянського виховання майбутніх офіцерів служби порятунку та визначено відповідні педагогічні умови. Показано, що система громадянського виховання майбутніх офіцерів служби порятунку є багатоаспектною проблемою і поєднується з патріотичним, національним, моральним, правовим, трудовим, фізичним, екологічним, волонтерським напрямами виховання тощо. Доведено, що громадянське виховання є інтегрованим поняттям, що відображає процес формування громадянськості як інтегрованої якості особистості та акцентовано роль на сучасному етапі волонтерського виховання. Сформульовано низку концептуальних положень щодо формування громадянської вихованості майбутніх офіцерів служби порятунку: формування громадянської вихованості як необхідної складової професійних якостей; забезпечення усвідомлення значущості громадянської діяльності у майбутній професійній діяльності; виявлення особливостей громадянського виховання майбутніх офіцерів служби порятунку; розробка концепції громадянського виховання майбутніх офіцерів служби порятунку на основі інтегративного підходу тощо. Виявлено відповідні педагогічні умови: конструювання змісту громадянського виховання з урахуванням специфіки професійної діяльності; розвитку професійно ціннісних орієнтацій курсантів на основі концепції громадянського виховання майбутніх офіцерів служби порятунку; реалізації форм і методів громадянського виховання майбутніх офіцерів служби порятунку на основі інтегративного підходу.

В диссертации обоснованы концептуальные основы гражданского воспитания будущих офицеров службы спасения и определены соответствующие педагогические условия. Показано, что система гражданского воспитания будущих офицеров службы спасения является многоаспектной проблемой и сочетается с патриотическим, национальным, нравственным, правовым, трудовым, физическим, экологическим, волонтерским направлениями воспитания и тому подобное. Доказано, что гражданское воспитание является интегрированным понятием, которое отражает процесс формирования гражданственности как интегрированной черты личности и акцентировано роль на современном этапе волонтерского воспитания. Сформулирован ряд концептуальных положений по формированию гражданской воспитанности будущих офицеров службы спасения: формирование гражданской воспитанности как необходимой составляющей профессиональных качеств; обеспечение осознания значимости гражданской деятельности в будущей профессиональной деятельности; выявление особенностей гражданского воспитания будущих офицеров службы спасения; разработка концепции гражданского воспитания будущих офицеров службы спасения на основе интегративного подхода и тому подобное. Обозначено соответствующие педагогические условия: конструирования содержания гражданского воспитания с учетом специфики профессиональной деятельности; развития профессионально ценностных ориентаций курсантов на основе концепции гражданского воспитания будущих офицеров службы спасения; реализации форм и методов гражданского воспитания будущих офицеров службы спасения на основе интегративного подхода.

A generalized analysis of the conceptual apparatus and key concepts of research (community, civic responsibility, civic engagement, civic culture, civic consciousness, civic ideal, civic outlook, civic interests, civic feelings, civic values, future salvation officers) have been carried out. Civic education is interpreted as a pedagogical process for the formation of a conscious, responsible and competent citizen-patriot and aimed at self-development and the development of a democratic civil society. The process of civic education of future officers of the rescue service differs in duration, systematicity and continuity. Civic education of future officers of the rescue service is based on the following principles: education in students a sense of pride in their country, respect for national symbols, language, culture, traditions, education on the examples of the heroic past of prominent figures of our country, the history of the rescuer work, love for the state and the people, desire for mercy, kindness, respect, motivation to self-education and self-improvement. The peculiarities of civic education are in organized, systematic, consistent and purposeful educational process aimed at mastering by the future officers of the rescue service of national spiritual and cultural values, formation of national-patriotic consciousness, beliefs, behaviour, readiness to protect people and the territories in emergency situations. The conceptual ideas of civic education of the future officers of the rescue service during their study at a higher educational establishment are revealed: formation of civic education as a necessary component of professional qualities; ensuring awareness of the significance of civic activity in future professional activities; use of general scientific approaches to the civic education of future officers of the rescue service (integrative, cultural, activity, axiological and creative); identification of the peculiarities of the civic education of future officers of the rescue service; elaboration of the concept of civic education of future officers of the rescue service on the basis of an integrative approach; clarification of the component structure, criteria, indicators and levels of civic education of the individual; integration of the content, forms and methods of civic education of future officers of the rescue service in the complex of educational work. The pedagogical conditions of civic education of the future officers of the rescue service are substantiated 1. Construction of the content of civic education of future officers of the rescue service, taking into account the specifics of professional activity. 2. Development of professional value orientations of cadets on the basis of the concept of civic education of future officers of the rescue service. 3. Implementation of forms and methods of civic education of future officers of the rescue service on the basis of an integrative approach. The model of civic education of future officers of the rescue service includes: pedagogical terms, conceptual principles, factors of influence, means, methods and forms; criteria, indicators and levels of civic education. The result of civic education is the emergence of an integral socially important quality of civic education - citizenship. The pedagogical component of civic education includes three components: knowledge, experience, actions. The professional component of the civic education of future officers of the rescue service is based on professional awareness and professional responsibility. The criteria of civic education of future rescue service officers are: cognitive criterion; procedural-activity criterion; the value-content criterion; the reflexive criterion. In the molding experiment, active pedagogical factors were: programmatic and methodological providing and the concept of civic education of future officers of the rescue service, a complex of educational activities aimed at improving the civic education of future officers of the rescue service (sections, clubs, excursions, training, acting studio). The study of the dynamics of civic education levels of future officers of the rescue service has proven the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical terms which not only increase the level of civic knowledge and practical skills, but also have a positive impact on civic education. The practical significance of the results obtained are in implement the model of the complex of educational affairs, the preparation of appropriate methodological recommendations and scientific and methodological materials, the purpose of which is to form the civic education of future officers of the rescue service.
