Методика навчання професійно орієнтованого англомовного писемного спілкування майбутніх журналістів засобами блог-технологій

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено проблемі навчання професійно орієнтованого англомовного писемного спілкування майбутніх журналістів із застосуванням засобів блог-технологій. З’ясовано сутність і специфіку професійно орієнтованого спілкування, висвітлено лінгводидактичні основи англомовного писемного спілкування журналістів. Доведено, що найбільш доцільними в навчанні майбутніх журналістів, з огляду на специфіку їхньої подальшої професійної діяльності, є засоби блог-технологій, які за функціональним призначенням розподілені на три типи (блог викладача, блоги студентів, блог групи). Визначено зміст навчання англомовного писемного спілкування журналістів і методичні принципи, які доцільно враховувати в процесі формування компетентності студентів в англомовному писемному спілкуванні. Виявлено критерії відбору навчального матеріалу для формування компетентності майбутніх журналістів у англомовному писемному спілкуванні. Побудовано модель навчання майбутніх журналістів, що передає оптимальні взаємозв’язки і співвідношення компонентів цього процесу. Розроблено систему вправ і завдань, спрямовану на формування умінь створювати писемні висловлювання різних функціональних типів мовлення для навчання професійно орієнтованого англомовного писемного спілкування засобами блог-технологій, яка реалізується у шість етапів: підготовчий, мотиваційно-настановчий, організаційний, операційно-діяльнісний, продуктивно-творчий, рефлексивно-оцінний. За допомогою експериментального навчання доведено ефективність створеної моделі та розробленої методики. Підготовлено навчально-методичний посібник щодо організації навчання професійно орієнтованого англомовного писемного спілкування майбутніх журналістів засобами блог-технологій у закладах вищої освіти.

Диссертация посвящена проблеме обучения профессионально-ориентированному англоязычному письменному общению будущих журналистов с применением средств блог-технологий. Выявлена сущность и специфика профессионально-ориентированного общения и освещены лингводидактические основы англоязычного письменного общения журналистов. Доказано, что наиболее целесообразными в обучении будущих журналистов с учетом специфики их дальнейшей профессиональной деятельности являются средства блог-технологий, разделенные по функциональному предназначению на три типа (блог преподавателя, блоги студентов, блог группы), что позволяет эффективно развивать компоненты письменной компетентности студентов. Определено содержание обучения англоязычному письменному общению журналистов и методические принципы, которые целесообразно учитывать в процессе формирования компетентности студентов в англоязычном письменном общении. Выявлены критерии выбора учебного материала для формирования компетентности будущих журналистов в англоязычном письменном общении. Построена модель обучения студентов-журналистов, отображающая оптимальные взаимосвязи и соотношения компонентов этого процесса. Разработана система упражнений и заданий, которая направлена на формирование умений создавать письменные высказывания разных функциональных типов речи для обучения профессионально-ориентированному англоязычному письменному общению средствами блог-технологий, которая реализуется на шести этапах: подготовительном, мотивационно-установочном, организационном, операционно-деятельностном, продуктивно-творческом, рефлексивно-оценочном.С помощью экспериментального обучения доказана эффективность созданной модели и разработанной методики. Подготовлено учебно-методическое пособие по организации обучения профессионально-ориентированному англоязычному письменному общению будущих журналистов средствами блог-технологий в заведениях высшего образования.

The thesis deals with the problem of teaching professionally oriented English writing to future journalists as an essential component of their training in the university. The didactic essence, specificity and lingua-didactic fundamentals of teaching professionally oriented English writing to future journalists have been substantiated. It is indicated that important aspects of the issue of teaching English writing are the concept of computer linguadidactics; the computer-information model of foreign languages teaching; the methods of development of competence in writing in English. The competence of future journalists in English writing has been determined as readiness to use knowledge, abilities and skills in English writing with the professional and communicative purpose in situations of cross-cultural professional contacts. It has been cleared up that the structure of competence in English writing consists of linguistic, discourse, communicative, lingua-socio-cultural and professionally oriented components. The blog technologies have been substantiated as the most expedient technologies in the educational process for future journalists due to the specifics of their further professional activities. The blog technologies enable not only to form knowledge and abilities in English writing of future journalists, but develop motivation, creativity, informative competence and information culture. According to the functional purpose, these technologies have been divided into three types: the teacher blog, the student blog, and the group blog. It allows future journalists to develop components of writing competence efficiently.The content of teaching English writing to future journalists has been determined; it includes such aspects as lexical and grammatical, spelling and punctuation, lexical and stylistic, structural and organizational, subject, communicative, and socio-cultural, professionally oriented (applied). The considered aspects reflect the essence and components of English writing of future journalists and are laid in the basis of the methodology of students’ training in professionally oriented English writing. The main groups of methodological principles which should be taken into consideration in the process of developing the competence in English writing have been grounded. They are the general-didactic principles; the principles of professional education; the principles of learning foreign languages; the principles of teaching foreign language writing; the principles of teaching foreign languages by means of information and communication technology (ICT). The model of teaching professionally oriented English writing to future journalists by means of blog technologies has been developed on the basis of scientific and methodological references and educational experience. It allows to substantiate functions and relationships of all the components of this process; the nature and development of educational interaction; the continuity and consistency in the dynamics of its development in the process of forming the competence of future journalists in English writing. The system of tasks is based on criteria of educational material selection, namely authenticity, accessibility and conformity with the interests of students, cognitive and communicative values and problematic character, professional orientation, congruence with programs, composite and structural organization, lingua-stylistic features of the genre text, correlation of types of texts with the aims of education. The given system of tasks includes tasks of pre-communicative, communicative, receptive-reproductive, creative-productive character, aimed at forming the ability to create written expressions of different functional types of speech (story, description, reasoning - justification, refutation, polemics)and different journalistic genres (an essay, a note, a reportage, a newspaper/magazine article, a review, a comment, an interview, an open letter). The methodology of teaching future journalists professionally oriented English writing by means of blog technologies is performed by the system of tasks in six phases, such as preparatory, motivational and instructional, organizational, active and operational, productive and creative, reflexive and estimative. They are aimed to create written expressions of various functional types.The results of practical implementation of the methodology and the model of teaching have enable to develop the educational methodical manual for teaching future journalists professionally oriented English writing by means of blog technologies in the educational process of the university.
