Педагогічні умови підготовки майбутніх педагогів професійної освіти до організації гібридного навчання : кваліфікаційна робота

Abstract

Робота розглядає побудову педагогічного процесу з використанням гібридного навчання, яке об'єднує онлайн та офлайн способи навчання. Шляхом аналізу термінології та концепцій, що стосуються гібридного навчання, і вивчення особливостей педагогічних умов, були визначені основні аспекти, або ж переваги гібридного навчання: підготовка педагогів до застосування новітніх цифрових технологій, створення якісного онлайн-контенту, адаптивний графік навчального процесу, співпраця та прозоре оцінювання всіх учасників навчання. Також розглядається необхідна освітня і технологічна підтримка цього процесу, та додається приклад організації гібридного курсу. Результати цього дослідження можуть бути корисні для покращення підготовки майбутніх педагогів та збільшення якості освіти в Україні. У дослідженні брали участь студенти спеціальності "Моделювання одягу" Вінницького фахового коледжу конструювання одягу, з кількістю учасників від 30 до 40 осіб протягом 2023-2024 навчального року. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є теоретичне обґрунтування, розробка та експериментальна перевірка педагогічних умов підготовки майбутніх педагогів професійної освіти до організації гібридного навчання через використання інтерактивних технологій. У першому розділі, «Вивчення сучасного термінологічного дискурсу щодо гібридного навчання», аналізується поняття гібридного навчання, висвітлюється його сутність, а також досліджуються різні підходи до його визначення в сучасній педагогічній літературі. Другий розділ, «Педагогічні умови підготовки майбутніх педагогів професійної освіти до організації гібридного навчання», присвячений дослідженню педагогічних умов, які сприяють ефективній підготовці майбутніх педагогів до впровадження гібридного навчання. Описуються методичні рекомендації та алгоритми, розроблені для цього процесу. Третій розділ, «Експериментальна перевірка ефективності підготовки майбутніх педагогів професійної освіти до організації гібридного навчання», включає опис експерименту, проведеного серед контрольної та експериментальної груп студентів. Порівнюється їхній рівень підготовки до організації гібридного навчання, надаються результати аналізу ефективності використаних педагогічних умов.The purpose of the qualification (diploma) thesis considers the construction of a pedagogical process using hybrid learning, which combines online and offline learning methods. By analyzing the terminology and concepts related to hybrid learning and studying the peculiarities of pedagogical conditions, the main aspects, or advantages of hybrid learning, were determined: the preparation of teachers for the use of the latest digital technologies, the creation of high-quality online content, an adaptive schedule of the educational process, cooperation and transparency assessment of all training participants. The necessary educational and technological support for this process is also considered, and an example of the organization of a hybrid course is attached. The results of this study can be useful for improving the training of future teachers and increasing the quality of education in Ukraine. Students of the "Clothing Modeling" specialty of the Vinnytsia Vocational College of Clothing Design participated in the study, with the number of participants ranging from 30 to 40 during the 2023-2024 academic year. The purpose of the qualification work is theoretical substantiation, development and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions for training future teachers of professional education for the organization of hybrid education through the use of interactive technologies. In the first chapter, "Study of the modern terminological discourse on hybrid learning", the concept of hybrid learning is analyzed, its essence is highlighted, and various approaches to its definition in modern pedagogical literature are also explored. The second section, "Pedagogical conditions for the preparation of future teachers of professional education for the organization of hybrid training", is devoted to the study of pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective preparation of future teachers for the implementation of hybrid training. Methodological recommendations and algorithms developed for this process are described. The third section, "Experimental verification of the effectiveness of training future teachers of professional education for the organization of hybrid training", includes a description of the experiment conducted among the control and experimental groups of students. Their level of preparation for the organization of hybrid education is compared, the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the used pedagogical conditions are provided.
