Ефективність інструментарію управління сталим розвитком підприємства в умовах економічної нестабільності : кваліфікаційна робота

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні, методичні та прикладні засади управління сталим розвитком підприємства в умовах економічної нестабільності. Узагальнено наукові підходи до трактування сталого розвитку, визначено особливості функціонування підприємств у нестабільному середовищі та систематизовано методичні підходи до оцінювання ефективності інструментів управління. На матеріалах ПП «Фенікс Агро» здійснено організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства, проаналізовано ефективність застосування інструментів управління сталим розвитком та оцінено його рівень. Встановлено, що підприємство має достатній рівень сталого розвитку з тенденцією до підвищення, однак потребує посилення кадрової, управлінської та інвестиційної складових. Обґрунтовано стратегічні пріоритети та розроблено пропозиції щодо підвищення стійкості, адаптивності й конкурентоспроможності підприємства.The qualification paper examines the theoretical, methodological, and applied foundations of managing enterprise sustainable development under conditions of economic instability. Scientific approaches to the interpretation of sustainable development are generalized, the specific features of enterprise functioning in an unstable environment are identified, and methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of management tools are systematized. Based on the case of PE “Fenix Agro,” the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise are presented, the effectiveness of the application of sustainable development management tools is analyzed, and its level is assessed. It is established that the enterprise has a sufficient level of sustainable development with an upward trend; however, it requires strengthening of its personnel, managerial, and investment components. Strategic priorities are substantiated, and proposals are developed to enhance the enterprise’s resilience, adaptability, and competitiveness.
