Інноваційні педагогічні умови проєктування і реалізації змісту професійно-практичної підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій

Abstract

У монографії представлено результати комплексного дослідження проблеми модернізації професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій у контексті реалізації концепції Нової української школи та вимог сучасного інформаційного суспільства. Розкрито теоретико-методологічні засади формування художньо-естетичних цінностей, національної ідентичності та екологічної свідомості майбутніх педагогів засобами інтеграції декоративно-ужиткового мистецтва, дизайну та інноваційних технологій. Обґрунтовано організаційно-педагогічні умови ефективної професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій, що базуються на інтеграції традиційних цінностей української культури та сучасних цифрових технологій. Представлено методику реалізації STEAM-проєктів засобами хмароорієнтованого навчального середовища (Google Workspace, Canva). Розроблено та експериментально перевірено методики формування національної ідентичності через інтегроване вивчення декоративно-ужиткового мистецтва та дизайну, а також формування екологічної свідомості засобами апсайклінг-технологій. Монографія містить структурно-критеріальні моделі оцінювання сформованості досліджуваних якостей особистості майбутнього педагога, конкретні методичні розробки навчальних проєктів з детальним описом етапів їх реалізації, діагностичний інструментарій та рекомендації щодо використання сучасних цифрових технологій в освітньому процесі закладів вищої педагогічної освіти. Для науковців, викладачів закладів вищої педагогічної освіти, аспірантів, докторантів, учителів технологій, студентів педагогічних спеціальностей.The monograph presents the results of a comprehensive study on the modernization of professional training of future technology teachers in the context of implementing the New Ukrainian School concept and the demands of the modern information society. The theoretical and methodological foundations of forming artistic and aesthetic values, national identity, and ecological awareness of future educators through the integration of decorative and applied arts, design, and innovative technologies are revealed. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for effective professional training of future technology teachers, based on the integration of traditional Ukrainian cultural values and modern digital technologies, are substantiated. A methodology for implementing STEAM projects through a cloud-based learning environment (Google Workspace, Canva) is presented. Methodologies for forming national identity through the integrated study of decorative and applied arts and design, as well as for developing ecological awareness through upcycling technologies, have been developed and experimentally validated. The monograph includes structural and criterion-based models for assessing the formation of the studied personal qualities of future educators, specific methodological developments of educational projects with detailed descriptions of their implementation stages, diagnostic tools, and recommendations for the use of modern digital technologies in the educational process of higher pedagogical education institutions.
