Технології формування правової культури майбутніх учителів

Abstract

У статті представлено загальнонауковий аспект поняття «правова культура», потрактовано сутність поняття «правова культура майбутніх учителів». Виокремлено структурні компоненти правової культури: когнітивний, операційно-діяльнісний, ціннісно-мотиваційний та рефлексивний. Досліджено педагогічні технології формування правової культури майбутніх учителів у процесі їхньої професійної підготовки у закладах вищої освіти, які сприяють підвищенню правової обізнаності, відповідальності та готовності майбутніх педагогів до правомірної поведінки у професійній діяльності. Ключові слова: правова культура, майбутній учитель, педагогічні технології, професійна підготовка, правова компетентність, інтерактивне навчання.The general scientific aspect of the concept of "legal culture" is presented as part of the general culture of an individual, reflecting the level of his legal awareness, legal consciousness, attitude to law, as well as lawful behavior. The essence of the concept of "legal culture of future teachers" is interpreted, which in the pedagogical context is considered as a professionally significant quality that ensures responsible, conscious and lawful implementation of pedagogical activity in the conditions of a legal state and civil society. The article explores pedagogical technologies for the development of legal culture in future teachers during their professional training in institutions of higher education. In the context of modern societal transformation and the growing importance of legal consciousness in democratic states, the issue of cultivating legal culture among student teachers becomes particularly relevant. The aim of the study is to substantiate effective pedagogical strategies that facilitate the development of legal culture in future teachers. The research is based on the principles of personality-oriented, competence-based, and axiological approaches. The key methods used include theoretical analysis, synthesis of pedagogical experience, modeling, expert surveys, and pedagogical experiment. The article outlines the structural components of legal culture, namely cognitive, operational-activity, value-motivational, and reflexive. It identifies and characterizes several pedagogical technologies that have proven effective: interactive learning methods (debates, legal simulations), project-based learning, problem-based learning, information and communication technologies (ICT), and simulation-based training. The proposed technologies contribute to increasing legal awareness, responsibility, and readiness of future teachers for lawful behavior in professional activities. The article concludes that a systematic implementation of modern pedagogical technologies is a necessary condition for forming legal competence in future educators and ensuring their readiness to function as legally conscious citizens and professionals.Key words: legal culture, future teacher, pedagogical technologies, professional training, legal competence, interactive learning.
