Методологічні засади формування культурної компетентності майбутніх учителів мистецтва за просвітницько-мотиваційним критерієм

Abstract

В статті порушено питання та розглянуто різні погляди сучасних науковців на проблему формування культурної компетентності майбутніх учителів мистецьких дисциплін. Проаналізовано нормативні освітні документи та науковий доробок сучасних вчених у галузі мистецької педагогіки з проблеми дослідження. Визначено концептуальну роль мистецтва для формування культурного імунітету та культурного інтелекту особистості. Обґрунтовано позицію щодо обрання просвітницького вектору для формування культурної компетентності майбутніх учителів мистецтва. Схарактеризовано сутність феномену «культурна компетентність» та визначено мотиваційно-просвітницький, когнітивно-комунікативний, інноваціно-дискурсивний його структурні компоненти. Обґрунтовано семіотико-герменевтичний, творчо-комунікативний, інноваціно- рефлексивний наукові підходи та принципи їх реалізації: інтеграції знань та вмінь, здобутих у процесі засвоєння змісту дисциплін навчального плану, актуалізації власного освітнього досвіду, активізації художньо-асоціативної уяви та персоніфікованого проникнення в художній задум митця, педагогічної толерантності, педагогічного артистизму, педагогічної підтримки інтерпретаційно-методичної ініціативи майбутніх учителів мистецьких дисциплін та орієнтації на застосування інноваційних мистецьких технологій в освітньому процесі. Представлено результати діагностичного дослідження рівнів сформованості культурної компетентності здобувачів за мотиваційно- просвітницьким критерієм. Визначено перспективи подальших досліджень: розробка спеціальних діагностичних завдань та вибір діагностичних методів задля визначення рівнів за всіма показниками досліджуваного конструкту; обґрунтування педагогічних умов та розробка поетапної методики формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх учителів мистецтва засобами інноваційних технологій.The article raised the issue and considered different views of modern scientists on the problem of forming the cultural competence of future teachers of art disciplines. Normative educational documents and scientific work of modern scientists in the field of art pedagogy on the research problem were analyzed. The conceptual role of art for the formation of cultural immunity and cultural intelligence of the individual is determined. The position regarding the selection of an educational vector for the formation of cultural competence of future art teachers is substantiated. The essence of the phenomenon "cultural competence" is characterized and its motivational-educational, cognitive-communicative, innovation-discursive structural components are determined. Semiotichermeneutic, creative-communicative, innovative-reflective scientific approaches and the principles of their implementation are substantiated: integration of knowledge and skills acquired in the process of assimilation of the content of the curriculum disciplines, actualization of one's own educational experience, activation of artistic and associative imagination and personified penetration into the artist's artistic vision , pedagogical tolerance, pedagogical artistry, pedagogical support of the interpretive and methodical initiative of future teachers of art disciplines and orientation to the application of innovative artistic technologies in the educational process. The results of a diagnostic study of the levels of formation of the cultural competence of the applicants according to the motivational and educational criterion are presented. Prospects for further research have been determined: development of special diagnostic tasks and selection of diagnostic methods for determining the levels of all indicators of the studied construct; justification of pedagogical conditions and development of a step-by-step method of forming the communicative competence of future art teachers by means of innovative technologies.
