Екологічна підготовка майбутніх учителів трудового навчання та технологій у закладах вищої освіти.

Abstract

Статтю присвячено теоретичному обґрунтуванню, розробці й експериментальній перевірці ефективності організаційно-методичних умов екологічної підготовки майбутнього вчителя трудового навчання та технологій з метою формування його екологічної компетентності. Напрямами екологічної підготовки майбутніх учителів визначено: формування в студентів екологічної свідомості, екологізація змісту фахових дисциплін, вивчення студентами технологій екологічного виховання, організація еколого-трудової діяльності студентів під час лекцій, практичних занять, екологічних проєктів, виставок художньо-екологічних виробів. Приймалася робоча гіпотеза про те, що готовність майбутнього вчителя трудового навчання та технологій до екологічного виховання учнів у школі формується за умов: розвиток усвідомлення ролі вчителя у розв’язанні екологічних проблем; ознайомлення із метою, завданнями та змістом екологічної освіти; формування ціннісного ставлення до природи; екологізація професійної підготовки; організація екологічної трудової та художньо-творчої діяльності. Досліджуючи дану проблему ми використовували методи теоретичного й емпіричного дослідження: аналізу й синтезу для з’ясування основних понять і категорій екологічної підготовки майбутніх учителів трудового навчання та технологій; вивчення психологопедагогічної та науково-методичної літератури й передового педагогічного досвіду з проблем екологічної підготовки студентів закладів вищої освіти; виокремлення закономірностей і формулювання висновків із досліджуваної проблеми. Педагогічний експеримент з трьох етапів проводився у Вінницькому державному педагогічному університеті імені Михайла Коцюбинського (Україна). На констатувальному етапі визначались рівні готовності студентів до екологічного виховання учнів у школі, на пошуково-практичному етапі напрацьовувались організаційно-педагогічні умови екологічної підготовки майбутніх учителів трудового навчання та технологій; на контролювально-узагальнювальному етапі аналізувались, оброблялись результати дослідження з використанням статистичних методів, формулювались теоретико-експериментальні висновки й рекомендації.

The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation, development and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the organizational and methodological conditions of the environmental training of the future teacher of labor education and technology for the purpose of forming his environmental competence. The areas of ecological training of future teachers are defined as: formation of environmental consciousness among students, environmentalization of the content of professional disciplines, students' study of ecological education technologies, organization of ecological labor activities of students during lectures, practical classes, ecological projects, exhibitions of artistic and ecological products. The working hypothesis was accepted that the readiness of the future teacher of labor education and technology for environmental education of students at school is formed under the following conditions: the development of awareness of the role of the teacher in solving environmental problems; familiarization with the purpose, tasks and content of environmental education; forming a valuable attitude towards nature; environmentalization of professional training; organization of environmental work and artistic and creative activities. Investigating this problem, we used the methods of theoretical and empirical research: analysis and synthesis to clarify the main concepts and categories of environmental training of future teachers of labor education and technology; study of psychological-pedagogical and scientific-methodological literature and advanced pedagogical experience on the problems of environmental training of students of higher education institutions; distinguishing regularities and formulating conclusions from the investigated problem. The three-stage pedagogical experiment was conducted at Mykhailo Kotsyubynskyi State Pedagogical University in Vinnytsia (Ukraine). At the ascertaining stage, the levels of students' readiness for ecological education of students at school were determined, at the search and practical stage, organizational and pedagogical conditions for ecological training of future teachers of labor education and technology were worked out; at the control and generalization stage, the research results were analyzed and processed using statistical methods, and theoretical and experimental conclusions and recommendations were formulated.
