Комунікативні стратегії територіальних громад: кваліфікаційна робота

Abstract

Мета роботи – визначити особливості формування та здійснення комунікативних стратегій територіальних громад, ґрунтуючись на комплексному застосуванні теоретичних та практичних підходів до комунікації, з урахуванням міжнародного досвіду та кращих практик залучення населення до управління громадою. Об’єкт дослідження – процеси комунікації та взаємодії між органами влади і населенням у територіальних громадах. Предмет дослідження – комунікативні стратегії територіальних громад. У дослідженні розкрито теоретичні засади комунікативних стратегій, проаналізовано нормативно-правове та інституційне забезпечення їх реалізації, досліджено міжнародні практики організації комунікації у громадах, а також визначено напрями їх впровадження в Україні. Запропоновано підходи до удосконалення комунікативних стратегій територіальних громад.

The purpose of the work is to determine the features of the formation and implementation of communication strategies of territorial communities, based on the integrated application of theoretical and practical approaches to communication, taking into account international experience and best practices of involving the population in community management. The object of the study is the processes of communication and interaction between government bodies and the population in territorial communities. The subject of the study is communication strategies of territorial communities. The work reveals the theoretical principles of communication strategies, analyzes the regulatory and institutional support for their implementation, investigates international practices of organizing communication in communities, and also identifies directions for their implementation in Ukraine. Approaches to improving the communication strategies of territorial communities are proposed.
