Обґрунтування доцільності використання електронних навчальних курсів на основі хмарних сервісів у післядипломній освіті лікарів

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано доцільність використання електронних навчальних курсів на основі хмарних сервісів у післядипломній освіті лікарів. Розроблено пробний електронний навчальний курс з дисципліни «Анестезіологія». Для його створення використано систему управління Geenio на основі хмарного сервісу SaaS. Розроблений електронний курс містить інформаційні навчально-методичні матеріали дисципліни, завдання для самостійної роботи, засоби мультимедіа, форум, тести для різних видів контролю. Обґрунтовано, що використання електронних навчальних курсів на основі хмарних сервісів відповідає концепції відкритої освіти й забезпечує неперервну освіту лікарів.

The expediency of electronic educational courses based on cloud services use in the postgraduate medical education is substantiated in the article. An electronic course of an educational discipline «Anesthesiology» was developed in order to determine the possibilities of electronic educational courses based on cloud services. Geenio management system based on the SaaS cloud service was used for its creation. The developed electronic educational course contains informational, educational and methodological materials for the discipline, tasks and methodical materials for independent work, multimedia and forum, providing information support for the lectures, optimizing the independent work of the postgraduate medical courses students, providing active communication of the educational process participants. Different tests are used for the current and final assessment in the electronic course. It gives an opportunity to assess objectively the educational achievements of the postgraduate medical courses students in the discipline «Anesthesiology». It is well grounded that the advantage of using cloud services to create electronic educational courses is that they are mostly free and do not require material efforts for technological support of the software. It is substantiated that the use of the electronic educational course «Anesthesiology» provides the following opportunities in the postgraduate medical education: provides access to various educational resources; gives the opportunity to choose the convenient time for independent work; implements the active interaction of participants in the educational process; ensures transparency and objectivity in the assessment of learning outcomes; contributes to the formation of cognitive abilities and the desire for self-education. Using the electronic educational course, the teacher has the ability to dynamically update the content of the training, to carry out the verification and evaluation of the results of training in an automated mode. It is substantiated that the use of electronic educational courses based on cloud services corresponds to the concept of open education and promotes the continuous education of doctors.
