Інноваційні тенденції розвитку сучасної педагогічної освіти

Abstract

У статті представлена характеристика інноваційних тенденцій розвитку сучасної педагогічної освіти в умовах побудови суспільства знань. Розглянуто проблему розвитку педагогічної інноватики у вищій педагогічній школі в контексті світових тенденцій, визначено сутність поняття педагогічної інноватики як системного суспільного освітнього феномена, в якому узагальнено теорії різних течій та наукових напрямів. Виокремлено узагальнені блоки теорій та принципів педагогічної інноватики, такі як: педагогічна неологія, педагогічна аксіологія, педагогічна праксеологія. Визначено актуальні напрями реформування вищої освіти: транснаціоналізація та інтернаціоналізація вищої освіти; підвищення якості професійної підготовки; актуалізація та посилення докторської підготовки; додержання принципів неперервної освіти. Схарактеризовано тенденцію удосконалення професійної підготовки вчителя та розвитку шляхів європейського співробітництва у галузі педагогічної освіти, котра розглядається як особливий напрям формування європейського освітнього простору, доведено ключову роль педагога у реформуванні європейської освіти. Визначено тенденцію ліквідації розриву між процесами створення педагогічних новацій і процесами їх сприйняття, адекватного оцінювання, освоєння і застосування, а також до подолання суперечності між стихійністю цих процесів і можливістю та необхідністю свідомого управління ними. Схарактеризовано тенденцію реформування вищої освіти, що включає: посилення національної ідеї у вищій освіті; врахування таких важливих чинників, як духовні, соціальні, культурні, моральні, суспільні, психологічні цінності; розвиток вітчизняної вищої освіти відбувається у контексті тенденцій світових освітніх систем. Виокремлено тенденцію інтернаціоналізації фундаментальної науки, адже новий рівень наукових досліджень потрібує високого рівня наукової компетентності дослідників та відповідних засобів наукового пошуку. Доведено, що європейське освітньо-наукове співробітництво може забезпечити ширший доступ до міжнародного фонду знань і міжнародної координації досліджень.

The article presents the characteristics of innovative trends in the development of modern pedagogical education in the conditions of building a knowledge society. The problem of the development of pedagogical innovation in the higher pedagogical school in the context of world trends is considered, the essence of the concept of pedagogical innovation as a systemic social educational phenomenon, which summarizes the theories of various currents and scientific directions, is determined. Generalized blocks of theories and principles of pedagogical innovation are singled out, such as: pedagogical neology, pedagogical axiology, pedagogical praxeology. Current directions of higher education reform are identified: transnationalization and internationalization of higher education; improving the quality of professional training; actualization and strengthening of doctoral training; compliance with the principles of continuous education. The tendency to improve the professional training of teachers and the development of ways of European cooperation in the field of pedagogical education, which is considered as a special direction of the formation of the European educational space, is characterized, and the key role of the teacher in the reform of European education is proved. The tendency to eliminate the gap between the processes of creating pedagogical innovations and the processes of their perception, adequate assessment, mastering and application, as well as to overcome the contradiction between the spontaneity of these processes and the possibility and necessity of their conscious management, is determined. The trend of reforming higher education is characterized, which includes: strengthening of the national idea in higher education; consideration of such important factors as spiritual, social, cultural, moral, social, psychological values; the development of domestic higher education takes place in the context of trends in world educational systems. The trend of internationalization of fundamental science is singled out, because a new level of scientific research requires a high level of scientific competence of researchers and appropriate means of scientific research. It has been proven that European educational and scientific cooperation can provide wider access to the international fund of knowledge and international coordination of research.
