Значення інтерактивних методів навчання у формуванні політичної культури майбутніх офіцерів в умовах вищих військових навчальних закладів

Abstract

У статті розкрито значення інтерактивних методів навчання у формуванні політичної культури майбутніх офіцерів в умовах вищих військових навчальних закладів. З-поміж традиційних методів навчання нами виокремлено найбільш ефективні методи стимулювання пізнавальної активності та самостійності курсантів. Зокрема, це такі: педагогічні ситуації взаємодії (ціннісно-смислового вибору, орієнтовні, аналітичні, критичного аналізу інформації, самопрезентації, оцінки, конструктивно-творчі, корекційно-моделюючі), інтерактивні для різних форм організації навчання (лекція-«парадокс», семінар-круглий стіл, тренінги), навчальні ігри (ділові, рольові, ситуаційні), інноваційні (синектика, «техніка акваріума», «мозковий штурм», «кейс-аналіз»), а також прийоми індивідуалізації впливу на процес формування політичної культури майбутніх офіцерів (створення ситуацій успіху, забезпечення рекомендаціями щодо особистісної саморегуляції під час професійної підготовки) та навчально-професійні завдання (аналітичні, конструктивні, операційні).

Owing to the research, an important pedagogical condition that ensures effective formation of political culture of future officers is identified as supplement of content of professional disciplines in the context of their professional training, diversity of forms, methods and means of influence on its components in the conditions of higher military educational establishments. There are introduced complementary issues in some separate topics of academic disciplines (“Philosophy”, “Sociology”, “Politics”, “Military Pedagogics and Psychology”, “Professionally-Oriented Ukrainian Language”, “Professionally-Oriented Foreign Language”) for their further political orientation. Among traditional methods of teaching we separated the most effective ones of stimulation of cognitive activity and self-sufficiency of cadets. They are as follows: pedagogical situations of interaction (axiological choice, orienting, analytical, critical analysis of information, self-presentation, estimation, constructively creative, correction and modelling), interactive for different forms of organizing studies (lecture-“paradox”, seminar-roundtable, training), educational games (simulation, role-plays, situational games), innovative (synectics, “aquarium technique”, “brainstorming”, “case analysis”), as well as techniques of individualization of influence on the process of formation of political culture of future officers (creation of situations of success, provision with recommendations on individual self-regulation during professional training) including academic and professional tasks (analytical, constructive, operational). Interactive technologies that foresee educational process under the condition of active interaction of all cadets in the process of studying in small groups with sharing roles and accurate carrying out of participants’ tasks. Under this type of class organization, the teacher leads work of each of them indirectly through tasks which direct group activity. The effect from using interactive methods of teaching can reach its maximum when the teacher him or herself will be deeply aware of essence and necessity of this type of work while taking into consideration age peculiarities and level of development of cadets. The article reveals the importance of interactive methods of teaching for formation of political culture of future officers in the conditions of higher military educational establishments.
