Abstract

У статті висвітлено історію фільваркового господарства села Мельниківець у другій половині ХІХ – на початку ХХ ст. Розглянуто динаміку зміни власників, соціально-економічне становище селян, особливості землеволодіння, функціонування промислових підприємств та занепад маєтку після революційних подій 1917–1921 рр.The article highlights the history of the farmstead of the village of Melnykivets in the second half of the 19th - early 20th centuries. The dynamics of the change of owners, the socio-economic situation of the peasants, the peculiarities of land ownership, the functioning of industrial enterprises and the decline of the estate after the revolutionary events of 1917-1921 are considered.
