Стаття присвячена актуальній темі STEM-освіти в біології та її ролі у формуванні дослідницької компетентності учнів. У статті детально розглядає поняття STEM-освіти, її переваги та можливості для розвитку учнів. Особлива увага приділяється практичним аспектам: наведені приклади STEM-проєктів, описані етапи впровадження STEM-освіти та навички, які формуються в процесі навчання. У статті підкреслюється важливість STEM-освіти для підготовки учнів до викликів сучасного світу та сприяння їхньому особистому та професійному розвитку.

The article is devoted to the topical issue of STEM education in biology and its role in the formation of students' research competence. The article discusses in detail the concept of STEM education, its advantages and opportunities for student development. Particular attention is paid to practical aspects: examples of STEM projects are given, the stages of STEM education implementation and the skills that are formed in the learning process are described. The article emphasizes the importance of STEM education for preparing students for the challenges of the modern world and promoting their personal and professional development.
