Технологія навчання техніки вправ з обручем юних гімнасток на етапі початкової підготовки : кваліфікаційна робота

Abstract

Художня гімнастика є одним з найвидовищних видів спорту, особливо після включення її в програму Олімпійських ігор. Разом з тим, сучасна система спорту вищих досягнень вимагає перегляду і інтенсифікації тренувального процесу з ранніх років спеціалізації. Одним з найбільш актуальних напрямів перспективної підготовки в художній гімнастиці залишається питання підвищення технічної майстерності у вправах з предметами. Зокрема, дослідження в художній гімнастиці предметної підготовки й розвитку спеціальних здібностей гімнасток у вправах з обручем. Мета дослідження – розробити і експериментально обґрунтувати методику навчання техніки виконання базових вправ з обручем з гімнастками 7-8 років на етапі початкової підготовки. Завдання дослідження: 1. Здійснити аналітичний огляд науково-методичних джерел за тематикою дослідження. 2. Визначити і вивчити рівень спеціальної технічної підготовленості юних гімнасток 7-8 років з обручем. 3. Розробити й експериментально обґрунтувати методику навчання базових вправ з обручем гімнастками 7-8 років. Об’єкт дослідження – навчально-тренувальний процес юних гімнасток на початковому етапі підготовки. Предмет дослідження - засоби й методи освоєння техніки вправ з обручем на основі спеціальної фізичної підготовки юних гімнасток. На основі проведеного дослідження спеціальної фізичної підготовки розроблено методику прискореного навчання техніки вправ з обручем гімнасток 7-8 років. Отримано нові дані про рівень загальної та спеціальної фізичної підготовленості гімнасток 7-8 років. Розроблені критерії оцінювання техніки виконання вправ з обручем гімнасток 7-8 років.

Artistic gymnastics is one of the most spectacular sports, especially after its inclusion in the program of the Olympic Games. At the same time, the modern system of sports of higher achievements requires revision and intensification of the training process from the early years of specialization. One of the most relevant areas of prospective training in artistic gymnastics remains the issue of improving technical skill in exercises with objects. In particular, the research in rhythmic gymnastics of subject training and development of special abilities of gymnasts in exercises with a hoop. The purpose of the research is to develop and experimentally substantiate the methodology of teaching the technique of performing basic exercises with a hoop with gymnasts aged 7-8 years at the stage of initial training. Objectives of the study: 1. To carry out an analytical review of scientific and methodical sources on the subject of the study. 2. To determine and study the level of special technical preparation of young gymnasts aged 7-8 years with a hoop. 3. To develop and experimentally substantiate the methodology of teaching basic exercises with a hoop to 7-8 year old gymnasts. The object of the study is the educational and training process of young gymnasts at the initial stage of training. The subject of the research is means and methods of mastering the technique of exercises with a hoop based on special physical training of young gymnasts. On the basis of the conducted study of special physical training, a method of accelerated learning of the technique of exercises with a hoop for 7-8 year old gymnasts was developed. New data were obtained on the level of general and special physical fitness of 7-8 year old gymnasts. Criteria for evaluating the technique of performing exercises with a hoop of 7-8 year old gymnasts have been developed.
