Автори статті аналізують окремі аспекти діяльності всесвітньо відомого вченого Данила Кириловича Заболотного. Особлива увага приділена його діяльності на малій Батьківщині – Вінниччині, зокрема Ольгопільщині. Окрема увага акцентується на його лікуванні місцевого населення від інфекційних захворювань, становленні системи охорони здоров'я краю, а також як ініціатора створення у Вінниці медичного інститутуThe authors of the article analyze certain aspects of the activities of the world-famous scientist Danylo Kyrylovych Zabolotnyi.
