Особливості формування професійно-ціннісних орієнтацій майбутнього соціального працівника

Abstract

У статті розкрито особливості формування професійно-ціннісних орієнтацій майбутнього соціального працівника у процесі професійної підготовки у закладі вищої освіти. Уточнено й конкретизовано змістовий компонент професійно-ціннісних орієнтацій майбутнього соціального працівника, до якого належать цінності-цілі, цінності-знання, цінності-вміння та цінності-якості; критерії та показники рівнів сформованості професійно-ціннісних орієнтацій у майбутніх соціальних працівників.. Експериментально перевірено формування ціннісних орієнтацій майбутніх соціальних працівників у процесі професіної підготовки.

The article explains the theoretical basis of the problem of formation of professional values of future social workers and analyzes the peculiarities of formation of vocational and value orientations of the future social worker in the process of vocational training. Clarification and specification of the content of the vocational and value orientation of the future social worker, which includes values-objectives, values-knowledge, values and values-quality; Criteria and indicators of levels of vocational guidance for prospective social workers; «Professional-value orientation of a social worker» as a system of stable personal relations to the Maybutuno profession, are formed on the basis of conscious professional values and are embodied in professional activity, Defining its content and ways of achieving professional goals. A set of research methods has been used: theoretical (analysis of scientific and educational literature for comparison and comparison of different approaches to the problem selected, definition of its theoretical bases, definition of conceptual and categorical apparatus), empirical (observation, questionnaire, survey, interview, expert estimation method, testing, pedagogical forecasting, experiment to detect experimental results), statistical (quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data). The formation of vocational and value orientations of future social workers has been tested on a pilot basis.
