Ґрунтові ресурси Вінницької області: використання, стан та перспективи оптимізації

Abstract

Розглянуто проблему використання ґрунтового фонду Вінниччини, продуктивності орних земель, структури земельного фонду регіону. Встановлено стійке зменшення гумусованості ґрунтів внаслідок нераціонального використання (нехтування зберігаючими екогумусними технологіями їх обробітку, науково обґрунтованими сівозмінами), недосконалого землеустрою та інших чинників. Виявлено недостатність і незбалансованість внесення органічних і мінеральних добрив, що в поєднанні з іншими несприятливими факторами негативно впливають на їх агроекологічний стан і продуктивність. Доведено необхідність безвідкладного скорочення площ орних земель в агроландшафтах до науково обґрунтованих 37-55%. адже розораність загальної території в регіоні становить 65,1 %. сільськогосподарських угідь – 85.7%, що, відповідно на 11.2 та 7,3% більше ніж у середньому по Україні. Згідно з цими нормами аргументовано також зменшення в структурі сівозмін часток ерозійно небезпечних і виснажуючих ґрунти соняшника та кукурудзи, відповідно до 9 та 20%, тому що фактично тут засівають ними 15,1 і 21,8% усієї посівної площі. З урахуванням того, що їх можна вирощувати тільки на землях з похилом до 3°, яких у області є 1192.4 тис. га при дотриманні цієї вимоги, їх частки в сівозмінах будуть значно більшими – 20,6 та 29,7% відповідно.

The data on the use of the Vinnytsia soil fund, the productivity of arable land, and the structure of the land fund of the region are presented. Sustained reduction of humus soil due to inefficient use (neglected by preserving ecohumus technologies of their cultivation, scientifically grounded crop rotations), imperfect land management and other factors have been proved. The insufficiency and imbalance of the use of organic and mineral fertilizers have been discovered. Together with some other unfavorable factors it affects their agro-ecological status and productivity. It has been proved that arable land in agro landscapes should be reduced to scientifically grounded 37-55 %, in fact the ploving of general territory in a region is 65,1 % agricultural lands - 85,7 % that, accordingly on 11,2 and 7.3 more than overage in Ukraine. According to these norms, the reduction in the structure of crop rotations parts of erosionally dangerous and exhausting soils of sunflower and corn are also argued, in accordance with 9 and 20 % because actually here sow by them 15,1 and 21,8 % of the total sowing area. Taking are to account that they can be grown only on earth with slope to 3°, that an area have 1192,4 thousands ha and at the observance of this requirement, their part in crop rotations will be much larger – 20,6 and 29,7 %. In order to create an ecologically balanced structure of agro-landscapes in the region, economic incentives are offered to owners for the decommissioning of unproductive land, granting them tax and credit privileges, subsidies, payments for compensation of losses (not by their fault), etc. To improve the agroecological state of soils - the total realitation of scientifically grounded crop rotation, protective technologies for cultivating land, an objective and effective system of monitoring their quality, legal mechanisms for strengthening responsibility for its reduction.
