Цифрова трансформація в органах публічної влади: виклики та перспективи : кваліфікаційна робота

Abstract

Мета дослідження полягала у здійсненні комплексного аналізу теоретичних засад, практичного стану та перспектив цифрової трансформації органів публічної влади, а також визначенні пріоритетних напрямів її подальшого розвитку. Об’єктом дослідження стали процеси цифрової трансформації в діяльності органів публічної влади в умовах сучасного розвитку інформаційного суспільства та цифровізації публічного управління. Вироблено практичні рекомендації, що можуть бути використані у підвищенні ефективності цифрової трансформації органів публічної влади, удосконаленні механізмів електронного урядування та розширення використання цифрових технологій у процесі прийняття управлінських рішень. Окреслено можливості практичного застосування результатів кваліфікаційної роботи у діяльності органів публічної влади.The purpose of the study was to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical foundations, current state, and prospects of digital transformation in public authorities, as well as to identify priority directions for its further development. The object of the research was the processes of digital transformation in the activities of public authorities under the conditions of the modern development of the information society and the digitalization of public administration. Practical recommendations were developed that may be used to enhance the efficiency of digital transformation in public authorities, improve e-government mechanisms, and expand the use of digital technologies in managerial decision-making processes. The possibilities for the practical application of the results of the qualification thesis in the activities of public authorities were outlined.
