Формування соціальної компететності здобувачів вищої освіти під час вивчення педагогічних дисциплін

Abstract

У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз проблеми формування соціальної компетентності здобувачів вищої освіти у процесі вивчення педагогічних дисциплін. Обґрунтовано сутність поняття «соціальна компетентність» як інтегративної якості особистості, що включає систему знань, умінь, цінностей і моделей поведінки, необхідних для ефективної соціальної взаємодії. Запропоновано методику формування соціальної компетентності у процесі вивчення педагогічних дисциплін, що передбачає поетапну організацію освітнього процесу (мотиваційно-цільовий, діяльнісно-практичний, рефлексивно-оцінювальний етапи). Доведено, що впровадження активних методів навчання (дискусії, кейс-метод, рольові ігри, проєктна діяльність) сприяє розвитку соціально значущих якостей майбутніх фахівців.

The article provides a theoretical analysis of the problem of forming social competence of higher education students in the process of studying pedagogical disciplines. The essence of the concept of "social competence" as an integrative quality of a person, which includes a system of knowledge, skills, values and behavioral models necessary for effective social interaction, is substantiated. The structural components of social competence are determined: cognitive, activity, value-motivational and reflective. The pedagogical conditions for its formation are outlined: interactivity of learning, professional orientation of content, use of problem-situational tasks, development of a communicative environment. A methodology for forming social competence in the process of studying pedagogical disciplines is proposed, which involves a phased organization of the educational process (motivational-targeted, activity-practical, reflective-evaluative stages). It is proven that the introduction of active learning methods (discussions, case method, role-playing games, project activities) contributes to the development of socially significant qualities of future specialists. The article also presents a system of practice-oriented tasks (case method, role-playing games, project activities, discussions and reflective exercises) aimed at the formation of social competence of higher education students in the process of studying pedagogical disciplines. It has been proven that modeling professionally significant situations, organizing group interaction and involving students in active social activities contribute to the development of communication skills, cooperation skills, responsibility, empathy and the ability to constructively resolve conflicts. It is substantiated that the integration of such methods into the content of pedagogical disciplines ensures an increase in the effectiveness of the formation of social competence as an important component of the professional training of future specialists.
