Фізико-географічна та соціально-економічна характеристика стану туристично-рекреаційної сфери у Вінницькій області

Abstract

Стаття присвячена основним аспектам сучасного стану туристично-рекреаційної сфери господарства. На основі опрацьованих матеріалів проаналізовано рівень освоєння рекреаційних ресурсів, розглянуто мережу рекреаційних та туристичних закладів Вінницької області. Актуальність статті зумовлена сучасними дослідженнями в цій галузі науки, які пов’язані з вимогами населення регіону до розвитку сфери відпочинку, оздоровлення і відновлення фізичних сил в умовах надмірної завантаженості при швидкому і насиченому темпі життя. Для написання статті опрацьовано статистичні матеріали, що стосуються туристичних потоків, туристичного навантаження, соціального забезпечення населення, та розподілу туристично-рекреаційних об’єктів по групах, їх функціональний стан, спеціалізацію, завантаженість рекреантами та туристами, орієнтація на певні вікові групи. На основі цих матеріалів визначено географію різних туристично-рекреаційних об’єктів, соціально-економічну складову функціонування галузі, можливості використання рекреаційних ресурсів та здійснення туристичної діяльності населенням в умовах теперішніх економічних можливостей. Представлено перспективні напрями можливих туристично-рекреаційних потоків, зокрема, можливості розвитку зеленого туризму, охарактеризовано основні напрями програми розвитку туризму у Вінницькі області на найближчі кілька років з урахування фізико-географічних умов території та економічних процесів у регіоні.

The article focuses on the main aspects of the modern state of tourist and recreational sphere of the economy, its physical-geographical and socio-economic characteristics based. On researched literature and online resources the estimation of the level of development of natural recreational resources of the region, considered a network of recreational, tourist and educational establishments of Vinnytsia region, analyzed previous studies on this issue. The relevance of the article due to the modern research in this field of science associated with the requirements of the region's population to the development of rest, recreation and recovery under conditions of excessive load at a fast and intense pace of life. For writing the processed statistical material relating to tourist flows, tourist burden, welfare of the population, and the distribution of tourist and recreational groups of objects, their functional status, specialization, workload recreantly and tourists, focus on certain age groups. On the basis of these materials determined the different geography of tourist and recreational facilities, socio-economic component of the functioning of the industry, the possibility of the use of recreational resources and implement tourism activities population in the context of the current economic opportunities that are associated with a reduction in the average wage in the area. The article presents the indicators of the number of tourists and holidaymakers and the income from them flows in comparison with previous years, and analyzed the reasons of such dynamics. Attention is drawn to the prevalence in the structure of health institutions and children's camps and their regions of greatest proliferation that is associated with caring for the younger generation, the development of new tourist and recreational routes, historic and cultural sites with the aim of promoting inbound and domestic tourism. In the text the patterns of development of the cognitive recreation, the impact of tourism on other sectors of the economy that can be an important factor for improving the quality of life in Vinnytsia region, creating new jobs and competitiveness in the international market with the development of industry in innovative ways. Presents future possible directions of tourist-recreational flows, in particular, the development of green tourism, describes the main directions of the program of development of tourism in Vinnytsia region for the next few years given the geographical conditions of the territory and economic processes in the region offered optimal variants of organization of tourist activities in the area. Indicated the future prospects in scientific research, mentioned about the cultural aspects of Vinnytsia region, bears the scientific, moral, and aesthetic benefit from their study.
